I don't feel it's hard to take a person's fast food order and get it right. First time going to Chick-fil-A not impressed with the food. Let alone my order wasn't correct don't think I'll come back. Yes I'm aware it's fast food! Lol I didn't go in expecting 5 star dining experience.
The last 4 times I’ve used the mobile app in drive thru I’ve been parked, operationally chick fil-a used to be above the rest, (setting standards) now what used to be faster (scan to pay) is the slowest service.
