Welcoming staff. Waitress was attentive. All 6 in our party enjoyed their meal. Burgers and Whiskey River Ribs were a big hit. Cobb Salad was large and full of goodies. Endless steak fries were enjoyable.Parking: Ample parking near entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: Staff was greeting and opening the door for customers at 6PM when we arrived.
Everything was going great. The atmosphere was festive as it was for a birthday party. People were enjoying the appetizer. And the service was fine. Sadly, I had to wait to eat my sandwich as the chef left out my avocados on my blta croissant sandwich. It took 2 servers to get my avocados in 10 to 15 minutes. I still can't believe someone would forget such a basic ingredient!

This is my second time to this establishment. My husband and I day at the bar area. Quiet and relaxing. We went for lunch both times. The bartenders both times were fabulous. The servers were kind and attentive. We ordered appetizers and the food was excellent. Drinks were delicious as well. It's hard to get great customer service lately from restaurants so it's been a pleasure to receive it from red robin.
