“We drove out to Beaverton to try these poke bowls for the first time and it exceeded my expectation. The rice was perfectly seasoned. There was a nice selection of toppings. The only suggestion I might make is that you should offer a brown rice option. I also would like to see sweet chili sauce as an option for sauces. The meal was really nice.“

“This place was phenomenal! Very fresh, delicious quality ingredients. I got a make your own bowl, portions are pretty large. When I came in for a pick up order the cashier/team member was welcoming and kind. He ended up offering me a cup of the miso soup! It was a fantastic addition to my bowl. “By far and away, my most favorite eatery in Portland. Fried rice spam bowl is my favorite!! But their Kahlua pig and Shoyu chicken are top notch too. Friendly staff, and safe space. Mahalo Plenty.“

I got the Shoyu Chicken plate today and it did not disappoint. So many other Hawaiian joints serve shredded shoyu. L & L leaves the bone in, and the chicken stays so juicy y’all! Don’t miss out on their bbq sauce or the mac salad either

“Love their $8 chicken teriyaki lunch special. $8.32 if paying with a card. Can't beat this price, and it keeps me full all day. I also love that that they have thick teriyaki sauce. So many places water theirs down, this place doesn't! They have all their sauces in squirt bottles on the counter, so you can squirt as much on as you like for free.“
