“My husband and I have been going to Nak Won for almost 30 years. it has always been our family's favorite place for Korean food. And now it is our teenagers' favorite place to take their friends to introduce them to what Korean food should be like. Nak Won never disappoints.“

“When I visit Portland, I make a point of dining at the so‑called must‑try restaurants, but most of them end up being disappointing. However, this place—located on the second floor of a Korean market—is very simple yet surprisingly delicious. Whenever I go to G Mart to pick up sale items, I usually stop here for a meal.
The food here is much better than at Jeju, Hanok, or other Korean restaurants. Another advantage is that after finishing your meal, you can conveniently do your grocery shopping right downstairs. The prices are reasonable, and most of the menu items taste excellent. This is definitely a place I recommend.“

“Amazing Korea food with low pricing. Very generous with appetizer free serving, there’s even crab that’s so tasty! Rice seems also free to serve, but comes with very pleasant steam bowl. “I just visited JCD BBQ with a group of three friends, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, the place was spotless and inviting. The atmosphere is super clean and comfortable, which is always a huge plus for a K-BBQ spot.

​The food was outstanding—everything came out tasty, fresh, and incredibly filling. We left completely satisfied (and maybe a little too full!).

​But what really made the night special was the service. The staff were all exceptional, but I have to give a massive shout-out to Danny (Clark). He went absolutely above and beyond for our table. He was hilarious, kept the energy up, and made sure we had everything we needed before we even had to ask.

​Danny is definitely part of the reason we’ll be coming back soon. If you’re looking for great food and even better service, this is the place to go!

“The best Korean food I've had in the Beaverton area. I've tried many and this place is far superior to all of them. The banchan were super flavorful and every dish we ordered was enjoyed by the whole table. Highly recommend the spicy marinated crab and the kimchi stew. “Cozy place nestled in downtown beaverton. I love the fact that it represents Korean food so well by being not just spicy, red, and all kimchi like many of them are. The variety of flavors and spices is what I enjoyed while I was in Korea. The staff is friendly and takes time to engage and explain the menu.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't have an automatic door that I noticed, but it is on the first floor and the door is wide enough to handle a wheelchair. The counter and several tables are lower to the ground, so the whole thing overall is pretty accessible as long the person in the wheelchair can handle opening the door.“

We also tried the kimchi pasta, which was creamy and spicy. It was also full of chicken. The fries also seemed to be battered fried so they are also extra crispy.

“I pass by here all the time but decided to try it today. I got coffee with boba and a donut and it was $10. Their donut flavors are super interesting, I got Reese's cheesecake and it was great. I like that the donut wasn't iced AND frosted so it wasn't too sweet, the perfect amount of chewy.

I see some reviews about the service but the guy at the counter was polite and prompt, no complaints at all. They also have Korean style corn dogs I want to try next time, I'll definitely be back!“
