“Yes, yes and yes!!! Would absolutely recommend!!! Our waitress was so sweet and accommodating. She even gave us a little dessert treat at the end at no cost. The food is spectacular and so fresh and delicious. Salad with the perfect zesty dressing. Meat so tender and juicy. The hummus and baba was perfection. And the desert at the end will send you over the top. What a fun restaurant and experience. Will definitely be coming back.“
“We were in a party of four and were seated right away for dinner! Waitress was very polite and helpful explaining the different dishes on the menu. Three in our party really loved the food but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I had three different types of meat (beef, chicken and lamb) and the lamb was okay but I didn't care for the other two. The rice was very good. I wouldn't go back but the rest of my party will be returning.“
“I love this restaurant. We live on the same block so we come pretty often. The people who own this place are the nicest people you'll ever meet. The food is unique, gorgeous, and delicious. One of my favorites is the Al-Hawr Salad. It is dressed with pomegranate molasses olive oil and garnished with these crispy comet-shaped croutons. Honestly I'm not sure what they're called but it's like a satchel filled with a bit of sumac onions and fried. The wrapper is shatteringly crisp and we like to dunk all the crispy pieces into hummus. By the way the hummus here is like silk, just so extremely tasty. We get it every single time. Our other family favorite is the filet mignon main dish. They really know their meats here and the steak tastes fantastic with a bit of char from the grill. My go-to cocktail here is the mule. It has vodka, rose water and ginger beer. Simply refreshing. There's assorted beers and wine available too. And a cute bar inside the restaurant. The owner told us tonight he's recently opened the restaurant for lunch. Starting at 11am. There will be lunch sized portions with limited selection of the main menu. Don't sleep on this place, it's a hit every time.“
“I had dinner here today for the first time and my instant thought was regret that I didn’t try this place sooner. The food is heavenly! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection ???. By far, the best lebanese spot I’ve tried in Portland.Highly recommend the Shish Tawook, Kofta and Lamb dish for Entrees.Fattoush for SaladHummus, Baba Ghannooj, Falafel, stuffed grape leaves (Warak Enab) and Hawawshy for appetizers. The service is next level. Lydia and Moe treated us like VIPs. The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experienceWill definitely be coming back!“
“Ate lunch here today with 4 people. The food came out super fast, was hot and fresh, and smelled amazing. The taste for sure held up to the look and smell, it was amazing with great portion sizes. All 4 of us said we would come back again. We can't wait to try more options. Looking forward to trying the Greek Fries.Parking: Lots of easy parking“
“When you order food from a restaurant you're putting your trust in the owner and the staff. With that being said I try to be picky about where I will eat. The owner here is very nice, very organized and very clean. The quality of the food is excellent and the taste of the food is also excellent. I deliver food during the day so I know every restaurant in town. I highly recommend that everyone try the food from this place. Also I almost forgot to add my wife likes baklava and always orders that everywhere that we go. She told me that the baklava from here is the best that she has ever had.“
“Wow just WOW. i walked in and was greeted by the owner who made me feel so special and welcomed. The smell of the lamb and chicken being cooked was enough to make me hungry by itself. i ordered the chicken wrap and had never had a better wrap in my life. if you haven’t been here- come! it’s been delicious and consistent for many years. 100/10 if i could!“
“I live nearby, so I often grab lunch (often a chicken gyro) here when I’m working from home. While I love the food, the service is what seals the deal for me. The proprietor’s warmth is often the best part of my workday, and even when he’s out, his employees hold up a high standard.I consider The Sultan a neighborhood institution.“
“Great food, always fresh. The falafel is crispy on the outside and moisture on the inside. Their chicken skewers are cooked just right, not dry. The hummus are delicious. Lentil soup is a must have. Chicken Sambousek has enough stuffing. Share the mezza plate sampler, it’s a lot food. I always over ordered because everything is so delicious.“
“I love this restaurant! I come here any time I'm in the area. The food is excellent and comes out quickly. The staff are friendly and the bartender makes great cocktails!Dietary restrictions: Great Gluten Free options and some of the best GF pita I've ever had!“
“Amazing food, and good portions. We shared the tagine lamb shank, and everything was spot on: the tagine sauce, the lamb meat fell off the bone, the eggplant was delicious, and the pita bread was hot and fresh. Will definitely be going again!“
“Habini is my favorite restaurant! The owner is very kind and makes an effort to get to know every customer! Their pita bread is amongst the best in the city! Flavor is on point! I will always come back for more! It’s my favorite place to take a new friend/co-worker.“
“Finally. Being Armenian and from LA originally, I finally found my go to place when I get homesick and have cravings. They've got everything and you can't help but shimmy in because even the music ? is ?. Very friendly service. Authentic middle eastern desserts and delicious food. So excited.“

“Abou Adam went above and beyond to feed us, he was extremely warm, kind and generous while we ordered excitedly. We got two sandwiches, a rice bowl, spicy fried chicken, French-fries and beef+cheese samboosa. We also got two packs of desserts! One pack of pistachio baklawa and a pack of moist and sweet semolina cake.Everything is beautifully seasoned, the fried chicken crunchy, juicy and tasty and the pastry was mind-blowingly flakey. Must-try for authentic Lebanese Levantine cuisine! He also gave us a very good tip for breakfast! He is closing for awhile so best to come in the next few days and support Abou Adam! Shoukran iktir for the food made with love! We will be back when you are open again!#sogood #musttry #lebanese #levantine #yummy #delicious #authentic #sahteinKid-friendliness: He is super kid-friendly and knows how to connect with kids on their level.
