A Broken Angel, a fully vegan food cart and catering service, is a beloved spot in Bend, offering scratch-made, flavorful dishes with huge portions for breakfast and lunch. With a focus on soul food, the chefs have earned a reputation for their amazing vegan cuisine, making it a must-visit destination. This place is AMAZING! They serve up delicious brunch with a delectable dressing on their salad w/roasted tomatoes & sunflower seeds. Customers can split “The Big Country Combo” and a lemon poppy seed muffin. The griddle cakes (banana, peanut butter and blueberries) were fluffy and tasty. The Mt Bachelor Hash is served open-style with corn tortillas and the perfect mix of potato, beans, veggies, gravy and greens. They have a large menu of brunch and lunch items, next to Funky Fauna Artisan Ales. The breakfast burrito and tostada's were blown away. If you could find food like this everywhere, it'd be so easy to be vegan. Absolutely recommend.
