Tried out A Broken Angel last night and was not disappointed! I got the Blue Corn Migas which was fantastic! Both the burrito and side of potatoes were full of flavor and the portion was enough for two meals. My husband got the Enchilada Short Stack, which was also flavorful and full of fresh & natural goodness. Looking forward to visiting again!

I went to A Broken Angel on Memorial Day weekend when I was there for the Primus show. I'd heard about them from Happy Cow (vegan app) and was looking forward to it for months. First of all, I have to say I loved the spot. Great view of the mountains, and right next to Crux Fermentation Project, which had good beer to sip while you wait for your food. Warning: their pulled black pearl sandwich is SPICY, like 3/5 on the spicy scale, which was surprising since their menu doesn’t say that it’s spicy at all, and my wife couldn’t eat it. When you order Thai food, if you don’t normally order 3/5 for spiciness, it’ll probably be too hot for you.
Aside from that, it’s tasty and flavorful, and their bread is really soft and the right ratio of bread to fillings.
