“This was the best delivery Chinese meal I've had in brookings!!! Kung Pao and Broccoli chicken were so flavorful and fresh absolute perfection! The fried rice was so delicious! Nothing was oily and all the dishes had there own special flavors! Pot stickers were also amazing! 10 out of 10! I also dined in at this restaurant several days ago . The service was spectacular, and so was the seared salmon roll! Don't sleep on this one!!!”

“**ASK FOR JENNIE AS YOUR SERVER** The best part about my experience at this restaurant was my server, Jennie. She is new to the area, but so kind and sweet, and really made my experience one to remember. Excellent customer service skills, always on top of everything including drink refills, and was so personable. We left her a huge tip, and I recommend you do so too, she deserves it for being such a hard worker! The food was also incredible. I got the chicken fettuccine Alfredo, very rich and has a great made from scratch taste ! I really enjoyed the dish and the restaurant in general ! Would recommend and I would definitely come back again ! I included photos of my food and the menu !”

“We just moved to Crescent City not too long ago and the options for vegans are slim. While we were in Brookings yesterday I ordered the Vachos and the veggie wrap to take home for dinner! my goodness the best food I have had in a long time! The lady that helped me was super kind and helpful! She shared my enthusiasm with that vegan cheese! The rest of the day I annoyed my husband with how much I love that food! I can't wait to come back!”

“Great beer. I’m having a chocolate peanut butter stout which sounds odd. They let us taste it first, and I found the chocolate to be bold while the peanut butter is thankfully a background flavor.

They have two food trucks, one vegan and one meaty. The meaty one, The Little Trolley, offers burgers, tacos, hot dogs, and a couple hot sandwiches. We ordered from the vegan truck, Off the Wagon. We got Vachos and Esperanza’s enchilada casserole. Both were delicious!”

“A while back I got tacos at La Playa in Harbor and I tried 3 meat options I'd never had: -cabeza -lengua -and buche Now buche tacos from La Playa are my go-to! Hands-down, my favorite tacos ever; I highly recommend them! Everything I've ordered is great. Fast and friendly service too.”

“The best little coffee shop hands down! Coffee is locally roasted and the variety of drinks is amazing. Fully customizable drinks that range from coffees to smoothies and the Booster, a great pick me up if someone isn't in the mood for Java. Near the port and other shops so you can grab a drink, maybe a pastry, and enjoy the coast!”

“The coffee and latte were wicked hot. Very good though. I had a London fog and my person had an americano. Not too sweet. The music was interesting, early 2000’s grunge. We ate in and I think the staff thought I was a whackadoodle when I tried to give back a butter and hot sauce I didn’t use. I didn’t know it was poor form to give things back. The breakfast squares were perfectly savory and they offered hot sauce. The scone was warm and soft and they offered butter.”

“I usually cook my own crab, but today felt like taking advantage of the service offered, and having someone else do the cooking and the cleaning definitely makes it more enjoyable when it’s all said and done! However they cook it, was FANTASTIC, change nothing about your formula. 😍 Cracked and came right out of the shell with such ease! I’ll admit, a few pieces made it straight into my mouth before they ever made it into the meal and tastes so FRESH and delicious! 12/10 will return. Thank you, Bounders!”

“Matt is a great server. He juggled a lively football fan crowd and tended to everyone’s needs like a star. Food is amazing. We had the Nana with meatballs and sausage, a pasta salad side (wonderful smoky, saucy flavor) and a side salad. The olive mix on top negated the need for any salad dressing. Highly recommend.”

The food was amazing, I had the grilled chicken burger and fries and my husband had a cheese burger and he was amazed with it and the fries are just as amazing. “The Combo is the most difficult too pull off. Monday evening I enjoyed the best fried oysters I've had in Oregon or Norcal; squid was also tender and juicy; cod, clams and fries are always good here. So stoked!! Nowadays, most restaurants are mediocre at best. Can't wait to go back!
