Great food, service, and atmosphere! An absolute must try in Brookings!
If you haven't been to the Twisted for fine dining and amazing drinks, you are totally missing out!! We had the Calamari steak dinner and scallops. They were cooked to perfection along with the green beans and roasted garlic mashed potatoes!! The lavendar lemon drop is holy yum!! The bartender nailed it!! The food was wonderful! From appetizers, salad, dinner. Homemade blue cheese dressing with large chunks of blue cheese it's delicious. Coconut prawns larger than expected and cooked perfectly. Steamer clams in broth with bread for dipping, just the right amount of garlic. The main event for me was prime rib served with fresh green beans and choice of potatoes.
