I’ve eaten at Blind Pig several times and always had a great meal.
Last Friday (February 27) I had the absolute best smash burger I’ve ever had. ANYWHERE. Lots of grilled onions, I had grease running down my arms. DELICIOUS!!!
I don’t know if they have a new cook or what, but now I dream of that burger and can’t wait to go back.
OMG amazing food. Get the steak tartare
My daughters said this is the best grilled cheese they’ve ever had, and I agree! My corn salad is divine too :)

Based on the reviews, Blind Pig & Renegade Mobile Kitchen is a gem. The food is amazing, incredible, and wonderful. For brunch, the fresh squeezed juice is a treat. The smash burger is the absolute best, with lots of grilled onions and delicious. The renegade burgers are perfect, and the French dip is especially yummy. The biscuits are the best, same with the biscuits and gravy. The pear tart is a must try. The service is fantastic and amazing, with attentive and down to earth staff. The place has a fun vibe and even takes great care of kids. It was a food cart first and transferred to a brick and mortar.
