“Loved my food!! I got some kinda birria tacos, absolutely delicious lots of meat in the birria juice. The patio was clean, comfortable and inviting. The salsa bar was my favorite part though, I got up to go back for more and different salsas probably 4 or 5 times!“

“We went here when it was Lago De Chapala and didn’t have a great experience (food was meh). But on a whim, we decided to stop by tonight after dropping our daughter off at the football game in town. We ordered the chimichanga and carne asada burrito, and they were absolutely amazing. Nothing like the photos in the older reviews here. The majority of mediocre/poor reviews are from when the business was Lago De Chapala. It’s under new ownership and we can tell! Looking forward to returning!“

“First time was yesterday - great food, very attentive service, generous portions. The only downside was the level of ambient noise from everybody enjoying themselves - made it difficult to hear our waitress and her to hear us. Don't know if there are quite portions of the restaurant, but we will likely be back.“

“Such amazing food! And the portions are HUGE!!!!! Worth every penny. We get El Primo once every two weeks it seems ha! It’s that good! And look at the size of that burger! We always order take out, and part of that usually means less food. But that NEVER happens with El Primo. We’ve had dinner at the restaurant too a few times. And they’re wonderful. The inside is bigger than it looks. And the bar side is super cozy. 100/10 recommend!“

“Unbelievable. A hidden McMinnville gem. In business for 17 years. They make their own tortilla chips which were unlike anything I have ever tasted. Light, warm and crisp. The pork burrito was plentiful (2 meals for an old guy), very moist and tender. Rice and beans were home cooked, fresh and delicious. Service was fast, friendly and efficient. Because of the high ceilings with exposed beams your conversation stays at your table as there is no echo. Prices were very reasonable. You may sit inside or out. Go!“

“Absolutely amazing mariscos, the shrimp Taco and Empanadas are a must get the ceviche Mi lindo Nayarit is also an amazing choice overall. The atmosphere is perfect for any person looking for a place to watch sports and eat or just a drink. Overall do recommend to anyone interested.“

“The food was good, and the young lady at the window was a sweetheart working hard to make sure I had what I wanted. It was lunch time for the high school, so there was a bit of a wait. The food smell coming out the window was so good the wait was worth it.“

“This place has really improved since they first opened. The food is really good and for the most part healthier than most fast food. The people who take and fix your orders are generally nice and easy to get along with. It does get busy depending on when you go. Also, if you dine in the acoustics are loud and not relaxing.“
