“Everything is made by hand and fresh, by arguably the best chef l've ever met, and I was in the restaurant/beverage industry for 30 years. Worth every forking penny. Would pay double. The portions aren't massive but healthy, and not small. You will not find a better Mac & Cheese in the valley. He smokes his meat under a very watchful eye and it's always perfect. I have probably ordered from Sid two hundred times since 2020, and I will never stop until he stops cooking. The food speaks for itself and "gourmet" is an understatement. Popsicles (more like ice cream bars). Mafe. Hibiscus Tea. Chowder. Rice Pudding. Brisket. Pork Belly. Eggcellent Potato Salad. Order it all.“

“I've only had their food once, a few years ago. It was absolutely amazing!!! They are finally open for breakfast hours 🥳 so I went to try them again today, to show up and find them closed at 9:45am, when their hours stated they opened at 8am. So I called and left a voice mail. I got quick reply via text explaining they had an emergency situation with a water pump and had to close for the day and their apologies. The next text I received from them was that my next sandwich was on them! 😲😯😮 This people is true customer service!!! This is how you keep customers coming back!!! If you want to be treated right, you have to check out this food truck! I count vouch for their food since I haven't had it in a bit, but I can vouch for their customer service! and in this awful world, a little kindness goes a long way! Thank you Toasted cheese truck for being so kind!!! I will see you soon!!!“

“I drove 11 hours from Vegas and I was craving soul food! I walked in and Terry was closing up but he was gracious enough to feed me. I ordered Shrimp Gumbo and WOW, delicious !! TY! I also saw earring I want which I will come tomorrow early & shop ☺️. Looking forward to hanging out here when I come.“

“I stopped at Royal Coffee this morning and couldn't help myself by stopping at SnoBall Mini Donuts. I tried a variety. My favorite was the Strawberries and Creme and the SnoBall Donut. I love how they are made to order and warm when you get them. I definitely will be back!!“

“Absolute best Mexican food truck in town, hands down!!! All of their meats are incredibly well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection. Oh, and for the Trompo - they actually have a trompo!!
I've had everything on the menu at least once, and nothing on it has ever disappointed. Their ingredients are fresh, their salsas are to die for, and their prices can't be beat. I recommend this place to all of my friends and family when they want Mexican food. Hell, I eat here myself every Friday night. Even when they're packed busy, the wait is never long. The parking lot can be treacherous if you don't have a truck, but there is parking around the back of the building if you need to use it.
TL;DR My family and I LOVE La Flama, and we'll gladly eat here for as long as they stick around!“

“Hands down - The best burrito in Medford. Especially, the Carne Asada Supreme. It is clear they take pride in what they serve. The burrito is packed with filling and flavor, but not busting at the seams (which would make it hard and messy to eat). Don't delay go to Tacos La Morena today. Oh and you can fill up your car while you wait.“

“Super authentic and affordable mexican food! They have everything from breakfast to classics to dessert!
The mulitas were fantastic with an amazing smokey spicy salsa, the portions were generous and the kind owner/wife gave complimentary soup while we waited.
We also tried their fruit bowl which was huge and filled with fresh, sweet, ripe kiwi, melon, bananas, blueberries topped with whipped cream and granola.
So glad we stumbled upon this hidden gem!“

“Swung by this taqueria food truck and picked up 6 tacos de lengua—honestly, some of the best I’ve had. The meat was tender, flavorful, just right. They hook you up with green and red salsa too. The green is super tasty, but that red one? Man… coming from a Mexican, it’s crazy spicy. Like “you might start praying” spicy 😂🔥 Still bomb, though.
Service was chill and super friendly, and they even have punch cards for a free meal. Overall, a solid 5-star spot. Definitely worth checking out. 🌮🔥“

“This places is amazing in many ways. Was told to hit this local spot and was not disappointed in anyway. I got chicken wings and love them. Wife and child got the strips and are not disappointed at all. If the ranch is homemade, love it if not still love it. If ever back here I will be hitting them up as I am from Canada would make a very large effort to eat here again.“

“The tacos here are excellent. The meat is flavorful and well-prepared, paired with a salsa that adds just the right kick. What really sets them apart is the house-made tortillas—far superior to the commercial ones you usually get, which aren’t bad, but these are outstanding. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable, making it a spot well worth visiting.
