Your pizza may (no promises) be done in 15. They are fast workers, but give themselves a leeway in case if something happens. Remember that you are not the only one ordering pizza. And to be patient when they are overwhelmed with people's last-minute orders.

Parking: Small lot shared with multiple vendors. Park where you can, pick up, and go.

Kid-friendliness: They are busy but still create a friendly atmosphere.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a single level. No stairs.“

“This used to be my favorite Papa John’s location. My toddler is very specific about what he likes and the location used to nail it every time.

Now, things have gone down hill and they seem to be setting orders to “ready for pickup”, long before they’re ready. I don’t know if it’s to lie and claim they knock orders out super fast, or just laziness, not wanting to use the service as it’s meant, but it’s always ready, when it’s not, actually.

The amount of air bubbles on the pizza is something like an issue too, as I’ve said my toddler is picky. Extra sauce means nothing to whoever is making the pizzas as of late, too.

I’d pick a different location, but they’re far and few along my routes.

“Better then the one at home. The person that took our order was really nice. Clean place. Did not stay because eating area is close. Bathroom was also clean. They did a great job. Food was done in the time they said. I very happy with them.“

“Alex found my place super quick even though most delivery places struggle with finding it, super fast service, got all items, it was hot and made perfectly. I work for dominos at a different location and it was seriously as good as you can make it. Thanks y'all!“

“Grana is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots in Portland. The food is consistently outstanding—every dish feels thoughtful and authentic and their pizzas are so flavorful and light.

But what really sets Grana apart is the service - the staff are always polite, welcoming, and accommodating. One time our son had his bike with him, and they kindly offered to keep it inside for safekeeping (without us even asking!) —small gestures like that show how much they care about their guests.

After our last disappointing experience at the *other* “well-known” pizza place in the neighborhood, we can honestly say we’ll never go back there. Grana has everything we want—amazing food, genuine hospitality, and consistency. This is the Portland pizza place we’ll keep returning to. <3“

“A taste of Italy in Oregon!!! Best pizza I’ve had!the crust is perfection thin, charred, and airy! I also got the ricotta garlic sauce which was the perfect dip to eat up the crust. Came here with a large group of girls and there was plenty of seating both inside and outdoors. The furniture and little accessories added the perfect touch of comfort. There were literally grape vines all round the patio and we got to slice up our pizza with scissors! Anyway, well worth your money for the quality and quantity!“

“Bar none the best pizza. And because it is the best, there is often a line. I stood in line for 20 minutes before they opened and was about 10th in line. I stood next to a couple from Ashland who makes sure they eat at Ken’s every time they visit. Yeah, it’s that good. Crispy but light and thin crust. Sooo perfect. Worth breaking my GF pledge to eat. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. And yeah, I ate the whole pizza!“
