“One of the best breakfast burritos I've had in Eugene/Springfield. Their salsa - green and red - are both phenomenal. So much flavor. The burrito was not dry like many other breakfast burritos. Excellent food. Excellent service. Husband and wife owner/operator for over 35 years! I'll be back for sure!“

“We had an excellent time eating at Pandita tonight in the outdoor seating area! The service was so warm and inviting. The young lady at the window was so helpful and friendly (thank you!). The food was so yummy and we loved the sauces! The Pandita fries are a must along with the tortilla soup.“

“Great service. Didn’t have to wait long considering there was no one in line when we got there. The guy taking my order was very friendly and quick to help me when I got there. The taco stand has a great Mexican vibe going on. portion sizes are great for the price. I will be back! I got the birria ramen And quesabirria. Very good and tasty food!“

“Actually I do NOT recommend this place! I ordered the RBG sandwich, and it was one of the worst sandwiches I ever had. The bread was dry and the ingredients were skimpy and fell out of the bread. The chickpea spread was almost non-existent. I paid $8 but it was worth about $1.50. I do NOT recommend this sandwich or this place.“

“finally got around to trying this food cart and it did NOT disappoint! so much flavor and made hot and ready! so excited to go back! my picky 8 year old approved of the chicken quesdilla (she was worried because the meat was "red" and she expected it to be spicy) she loved it! amazing fresh pina juice! “We always enjoy lunch or dinner at Super Taco! Every employee we've seen is so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, which is a huge plus for someone with allergies. I had the quesabirria tacos tonight. They were incredible! I'm not a cilantro person and forgot to get it without, but the sauce was so good not even cilantro could ruin it!!“
