The food is always good but the portions are very small. My burrrito bowl was very light on everything. And when asked about it was give a non-answer about how they were serving size has always been the same.
This is a new restaurant in my town. I went in for takeout and I wanted a drink. Their ice machine was broken. Overall the food wasn't bad.

Chipotle Mexican Grill has received mixed reviews, showcasing both strengths and areas for improvement. Many customers appreciate the flavorful food, particularly highlighting the Carnitas burrito bowl and the excellent seasoning of the dishes, reminiscent of the early days of Chipotle. The cooks are often praised for their hard work and skill, contributing to a positive dining experience. However, some diners have noted issues with food temperature, as items can be served cold, which detracts from the overall quality.
Service consistency is another concern, with reports of long wait times and occasional rudeness from the staff. Some customers have experienced smaller portion sizes and forgotten items in their orders, leading to frustration. The restaurant's cleanliness and friendly staff have been positively mentioned, but better organization and staffing at the front of the house could enhance customer satisfaction.
While there are operational challenges, many believe that with the right adjustments, Chipotle can improve significantly. Overall, the restaurant has potential, especially due to its dedicated kitchen staff and fresh ingredients, but it needs to address service efficiency and portion sizes to elevate the dining experience further.
