“I hate to have to give this place this review but I have to tell the truth me and my granddaughter have been going there for quite some time because we love the atmosphere and we normally love the coffee but the last few months when we went in to get coffee there is absolutely no flavor whatsoever in the coffee I ordered one yesterday that was supposed to have a Kahlua and Bailey's flavor to it I had no flavor but plain old caramel it's tasted like my granddaughter same way she ordered a drink and ended up tasting just like nothing but caramel macchiato I'm very disappointed to have to say this but I sure hope you can work with your staff so that we can get the drinks back to tasting so good like they did we love going there when my granddaughter introduced me to this place I fell in love with the staff the atmosphere and the drinks you can definitely tell whatever you ordered was what you ordered please work on the staff so they can learn to make the copies the way they should be I'm just so disappointed like I said a few months ago things were great now there's a different kind of people working there and they obviously aren't trained enough to know how to make the coffees thanks so much and God bless I hope this is taken out of love not out of anger I am not angry at all I want this to be something that I'm just making you aware of so it doesn't continue happening I even ordered mint a while back for the holidays and the first time I ordered it it was delicious mint I even complemented on the fact that when you order me you got mint what you don't get other places now the last time I ordered the mint not too long ago there was no flavor again so hopefully your flavors will pick back up again I love your place it's always clean and a good atmosphere thank you so much for that and like I said hopefully we can get the flavors straightened out to where the flavor is what it's supposed to be thanks so much and God bless“

“More like 3.5 stars. The service was excellent and the workers were really friendly. However, I disliked the food, they overpowered the sandwich with mayonnaise and the strawberry lemonade was not mixed so all the syrup was at the bottom. A little overpriced but not too ridiculous. I would recommend it for people that need a quick coffee or pastry but for the food not really.“

“Stopped in on a whim and was so pleasantly surprised!For years after Teavana closed down it’s free standing stores I’ve been on the hunt for a bright and refreshing iced tea that didn’t somehow taste watered down yet filled with a ton of sugar and artificial flavors, and finally my pursuit came to an end at Black Rock!I ordered the Passion Fruit Strawberry IcedGreen Tea With Dragon Fruit and it did not disappoint! Not only was it so delicious, it was really pretty too!The atmosphere was super clean and inviting. Some people were using the table space to do some computer work, while others relaxed on the couch area. Overall cozy vibes if you are looking for a place to spend some time out of the house and either get some work done or just have a chat.The staff were all really nice, and super on top of the flow. There’s a drive through (which is also great if you’re just passing through and don’t want to get out), and they were making it happen seamlessly with the drive through, making every drink ready to order and all equally as presentable and even though it was busy were polite, composed and even took the time to answer my questions at the register and never made me feel rushed.Although I didn’t eat there, the food looked great and I definitely will be back to try it!This isn’t a critique at all but one little thing I will throw in which is, the music that was playing when I came in was Eminem and although we all know Slim Shady has some real bops, the song that was playing was pretty aggressive and objectively controversial so it did feel a pretty out of place for the overall vibe.Once the Eminem song ended and something more chill came on it did seem more fitting. That’s just my personal opinion though! No shade to anyone who was feeling the Eminem.
