“Loved our visit here!! We run a bar & pool hall in Boise that serves 2 Towns ciders and were very excited to try some of the things we have a harder time getting back home. Jessie & Tim were both excellent, giving us a small tour and helping us decide what to try. Everything we had was so tasty and it truly was the highlight of our trip.“

This team has a heart for hospitality and took great care of us. There is a lot to be said for management investing in staff with experience, and you can see, taste and feel that at Castor these days. Besides these special occasions meals, I’ll just pop in for a casual lunch, or a happy hour drink and snack at the bar and enjoy the same level of hospitality. “Summit is one of the most lively bars in Corvallis! Drinks are of a huge variety and so unique if you’re wanting to try new good drinks. They usually have a DJ that plays good music and the bartenders are super friendly and very fast and accommodating! They have an indoor and outdoor bar so service is really fast even if it’s packed unlike other bars where you have to wait in a single file line just for a drink!“

“Excellent food. Second time eating here in the last week. You can tell everything is made from scratch. One of the best restaurants I have been to in Corvallis for years. And I love to cook and love food so that’s saying a lot . Will be a repeat customer. And be recommending to everyone I know. Owners and staff are very friendly. “I was staying at this Hilton Garden Inn on business. I needed an early breakfast and they open at 6:00 am which was perfect with my plans. I had the hot breakfast meal with eggs and sausage plus their cold buffet offerings. The meal was very good as well as the service.“
