“Best restaurant in Corvallis!!! I have been here multiple times, and I just can’t stop eating it. Highly recommend the sesame soup base and extra sesame paste, it combines so well with the broth. The owners are friendly and nice. Good restaurants, delicious food, and nice owner. The only thing I wish to adjust is their portions. I always have to order two portions for each ingredient I ordered for DIY hotpot, otherwise I can’t get full.“

“? As an OSU student, I've explored all the Japanese restaurants in Corvallis, but The Show Sushi tops them all in elegance and beauty. Their 'Kamakaze Roll' and fresh sashimi, especially the yuzu salmon, are must-tries.? The authentic Japanese ambiance, highlighted by the stunning dry ice lotus displays, adds to the charm.? Boat Sushi offers an equally impressive experience with its unique dishes and ambiance.? Of all the places in Corvallis, The Show Sushi stands out for its exquisite presentation and flavors. Highly recommend to anyone seeking the finest Japanese dining experience! #TheShowSushi #CorvallisDelights #OSUStudentFavorite“

“GO HERE!! This place is amazing. The fried rice is my favorite in town! I drive from Albany just for it. All the food is always made perfectly and to order, you’ll never get a cold meal. The man that runs the restaurant is so very sweet! He runs it all himself and I really hope everyone that reads this goes and gives it a try, you won’t regret it. I want to keep this Local treasure around. He has a great variety and flavor. It’s just a short walk from campus. Great egg rolls too! Careful they can be hot but soooooo good! My husbands favorite is General Tso’s chicken.Highly recommended!“

“Charming little restaurant, good food (ordered dragon/phoenix, recommend), with a decorated dining area and appropriately hands off staff. Place was mostly empty on a weekday at 7:45.Rest of the space isn't fancy (seems they do lottery in the back, and the bathroom has 2 doors with twist handles and a passcode (not ideal for sanitation), but prices are modest, and its an easy walk from the hotel I stay at in Corvallis, so overall 5/5.“

“The most tender BBQ pork I've ever had, the pork soup dumplings were a mind expanding experience. The bone broth from the chicken and fungus was amazing. Food was ready and waiting in a nice box making takeout of 4 items and drinks a breeze. The jasmine tea had me walking on clouds, resist the urge to drink it too fast to stave off the urge to munch while driving. It is potent and chugging it is not advised. The atmosphere looked very nice, but I was in and out so I can't speak too much of it.“
