The customer service is truly outstanding. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely kind. They even make fresh rolls on the spot for us when we ask, even though they’re time-consuming to prepare and usually only make a limited number each day. That level of care really stands out.

They’re always welcoming, often give my mom complimentary tea, and create a warm, friendly environment that makes you want to come back again and again.

“What an unexpected treat to find this place perfectly situated between Portland & Medford, which makes for a convenient halfway lunch stop. The fresh baked goods in the case we're tempting, but I was set on lunch. I ordered the Reuben, and wow, it was the best I have ever had! The bread was grilled on cheese which gave it a nice crunch. All the ingredients were nicely balanced, and the sandwich was served standing on its side which prevented a soggy disappointment. Perfection!“

Wait staff was excellent, the kind who remembered your order and never wrote down a single item. Sommelier was very helpful. Home made pasta dishes were the best in the city hands down, and to top it all off, price point was very good !
