To be honest, if I did a blind taste test between the two, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. But, it's good knowing that Alden's version is organic and free of high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners and flavors, GMO's, carrageenan (a thickener) and antibiotics. Another plus is that they aren't pricey either at around $10.OVERALL:Even if you purchase this at a chain or big box store, you're still supporting local!“

“I enjoyed Salted Caramel and Moose Tracks ice cream at a recent food show. This is seriously THE BEST ice cream. I don't know how freaking high the butterfat content is, but you can immediately taste the difference from generic blah offerings. If you have not tried some, do your tastebuds a favor. I grew up with Mooney's ice cream in Michigan. If only Cascade did Butter Brickle...“

“My wife and I are always looking to find the best foods around. I've been driving by this taco cart for Idk how long. I looked up their menu on Google maps and the photos of the food looked amazing...followed by almost all 5 star reviews! My wife's family is from Mexico so going out to a restaurant is generally disappointing given that the family recipes are so good but this taco cart is something special 👌 😋 I could eat there everyday 3 meals a day lol. And the prices are very reasonable too. Taqueria Oaxaqueña is now a staple in our go to food venues.“

“Killer burgers, nice portions and amazing prices. Staff are so kind and welcoming. It is somewhere you have must try if you love a good burger and fry. They also have such good shakes and onion rings. They have been around since 1949 i believe so it’s definitely a Cottage Grove institution. If you take away the ice cream, people would not go now with the unfriendly crew and atmosphere. Let's hope it changes.“

“Cottagegrove has Super nice people/manager and delicious treats. I called and spoke with the manager about the cake selection and prices. She was very nice and happily answered all my questions. Great experience❤❤❤ I appreciated the nice professional manager (wish i had gotten her name)❤❤❤I tried to get it at the eugene lication first. The eugene dairyqueen was rude and unhelpful. They couldn't tell me if the cakes were made 3 weeks or last week. They said they think they keep them in the store for a month but could be longer. Not professional or happy to help my questions.“
