“It was so fun to go back in the Pirate’s Den. Thanks to all those who are keeping that small-town staple going. I got the breakfast burrito and cinnamon roll. I liked the large amount of cheese on the burrito. I wish it would have come with some salsa because the potatoes were a little dry by 9:30 am. The cinnamon roll icing and filling were great and I liked the to-go style packaging.“

“The service here is hit or miss. I started frequenting this shop because they are one of the only few places in town with huckleberry flavoring. The first experience was great, second had a lonnggg 15m plus wait for only one car on each side and ordering just an infused redbull & lemonade. My third experience here was the worst one, I ordered a kids blended drink, the staff asked if I wanted whip cream on it which I agreed to. However, I expected the whip cream to be in the cup like most all other normal coffee shops would do.... This wasn't the case! They put a heaping amount of whipped cream right on the lid of the cup... who in their right mind is going to hand a child that disaster in a car. I was completely dumb founded. Zero napkins provided either... so even when I got the lid cleaned off for my child it was a completely sticky mess. The drink also wasn't blended properly creating a huge ice brick in the center that was unconsumable. Maybe it was this specific worker, but have refused to get a child's blended drink since. other than that the infused redbulls and lemonade are good. Can't comment on food or coffee yet.“

“Enjoyed coffee with girlfriends this morning @ Flag & Wire in Mac. I ordered a large Maple Cardamom Latte. It was divinely SCRUMPTIOUS. ☆☆☆☆☆. Highly recommend!!! We were able to sit in the back room seating, which allowed for intimate conversation. A truly lovely experience.“

“Very great place aesthetically one of my favorites when it comes to seating tons of little hidden gyms to look at, and there’s at least one little out cove some little games for the kiddos if they’re with you when you go represent lunch type stuff on top of coffee atmosphere reminds me a lot of the coffee shop from the TV show friends based on the fact that they’ve got couches kind of like a lot of concrete vibe like something. If you didn’t live in the town, you might miss it cause it’s on a side street. they have a chessboard there played chess numerous times we’re having coffee. They have really good cinnamon rolls there gluten-free cookies and if you want a sandwich it’s gluten-free. I am almost positive. They have gluten-free options, but you might want to check availability because you never know if they’re out or not or if they just don’t have any in the day you go in coffee is good. I recommend trying the cappuccino there. It’s not bad.“

“I've been coming to Cherry Street Bistro for a few months, mostly to guzzle excellent Caravan coffee while I work. To state it plainly, this is a cafe attached to a retirement home, but I don't say that to be reductive. I want to make sure your expectations are appropriately set. It's not Chez Snooty, nor is it a soulless corporate chain store. It is another wonderful gathering place in our community where you will get the same warm welcome even if you're not a resident.

Good food, priced right, both during dining hours as well as the pre-packaged meals available in the cooler. I've had sandwiches, and I'm looking forward to trying the wraps and salads in the near future.

Ample seating indoors, as well as outside on the sunny patio.

Best of all, the staff is fantastic and super kind. Everyone here does their job with class, courtesy, and consideration. Also, for the love of George Washington, bring cash to tip the staff! Between very fair pricing and excellent service, these folks more than deserve it.

“I moved to Mcminnville in January of 2025. I began frequenting the Dutch Bros 100 yards from my driveway!😁 The morning staff is without a doubt the most kind, caring, friendly, fun staff there is. I began to have a bunch of health issues and couldn't visit for a couple months. The warm welcome back was just what I needed. Your staff has laughed with me, listened to my troubles, comforted me after learning of the loss of my 15 yo granddaughter, and celebrated with me as if they were my family! Bravo! “The store was busier than usual for the time and day. The noise mostly came from the work area just behind the counter. As a vegetarian, I dislike going to Starbucks as there are few sandwich options for non-meat meals. However, the pastries are all delicious, and (almost) totally vegetarian.
I got an egg pesto mozzarella sandwich. It's got a good balance of flavor, if a bit greasy. The drink is a pumpkin spice latte. Pumpkin is my favorite flavor here!“

They offered a coffee tasting to help choose the beans they would use specifically for our wedding, and it was such a great experience. Hunter is so knowledgeable and kind, and taught us so much about coffee as well as making it fun! They then helped us curate a menu for the wedding from our favorite coffee drinks. Their service at the wedding was punctual, considerate, and everything we wanted. Plus the coffee was delicious. Our guests RAVED about them! To top it off, they gave us the sweetest wedding gift of the beans that they used on our day, plus they were from a local coffee roaster!! I would recommend Chapters the Cart to anyone and everyone. “The manager came out in the dining room to greet us. She was very friendly and we discussed the mean male manager over on Hwy 99 and how we hated him.
The restaurant was spotless at lunchtime.
The extremely poor design of the man who did the dining room: the chairs don’t move!!! They are set at angles and bolted to the floor. This is not a bad neighborhood, and I’ve never seen this is a McDonald’s. There were only two booths, so this is inconvenient and bad design.“
