“We had a great experience at Tidal Raves as a party of 5. We walked in around 5:30 without a reservation and waited about an hour, but with drinks and the view it went quick. Pictured is the Green Curry which was delicious and a generous portion. The rice was a little dry, but the fish was cooked perfectly. The view is the top reason to come!“

“We experienced the kindness of strangers today, and I have to brag on it for a minute. Our car unexpectedly stopped, so while we were waiting for AAA, my husband and I ducked into a little restaurant nearby — nothing planned, we just walked in hoping for a warm spot where we could keep an eye on the car. Instead, we walked into a blessing. We were greeted by Dani with the warmest, friendliest smile. She seated us right by the window so we could see our car, and honestly… she was an absolute angel. One of the nicest, kindest people you could ever hope to meet. And the food? Amazing. The clam chowder might just be the best in town. But Dani made the whole experience unforgettable — her kindness, her warmth, her service… it just hit different. We’re already planning to go back. If you visit, ask for Dani and give her a big, generous tip. Places like this — great views, great food, and truly exceptional service — deserve to be recognized. Highly recommend.“

“This was a fabulous hole-in-the-wall to visit. We stopped in for dinner and to catch an NFL playoff game. By six, the bar was packed. I assumed the clientele were also there for the game, but it turned out, most were there for the food & drinks -- and deservedly so! 😯😂“

“Bacon Jam Burger is super (bursting with flavor) but the service from Mike (waiter) rivals the excellent food. Nice the have quite music and felt inviting. Great date night choice. Love that they have Himalayan salt at the table and the water is served from glass bottles. My wife reminds me that the flavor of the shrimp coleslaw was amazing.“

“We were looking for a good Mexican retardant for our trips to Lincoln city. Found it! The food was great. We have a dog so always get it to go. The order was perfect and they were quick. The fajita burrito was huge and actually had fajita fixings in it. The fish taco was also great. Definitely on our regular go to list.“

“We really enjoyed our breakfast at Nelscott Breakfast House this morning! The staff were friendly & attentive. The food came fast and was delicious, we both ordered the “Nelscott Breakfast”. The atmosphere was cozy & cute and we loved listening to the Christian music they had playing softly in the background. It was a delightful experience and we will be back!“

“The breakfast sandwiches are very good! My husband got a hot cocoa which had a weird taste, almost tasted like heated up chocolate milk. Don't feel like our breakfast was worth the price in all honesty but I'm glad we at least got to try this place while we were in town!“

“The bartender was amazing today. We loved her, we were not hungry but she still sold us on a bowl of chowder with garlic toast. Delicious but the most important part is she loves her job and is so very very sweet. Glad we got ignored at McMenamins and ended up at Snug. Great job“

(no offense intended to Lee's, but after discovering Foon Hing Yuen, I have found my go-to location for Chinese cuisine) Lunch specials have especially reasonable pricing. Now I know why it's so well loved from some of the oldest locals in and around LC!“
