“This place is a nondescript place near the campus of Western Oregon, but the food is outstanding and the staff are very friendly and the service is fast. The portion sizes are very generous and so the value paid for the food you eat is terrific. I live in South Salem and I drive here just for the food.

Parking: If you can't find a spot to park on the street, there's a little lot behind the restaurant.“

“Half our party of 8 went in to get a table. The ladies seating us were very kind and accommodating, especially when the other half our group didn't show. They didn't seem irritated or rushed. Very relaxing atmosphere. Wait staff were good in helping each other and being efficient and timely.“

“I love this place so much. Ken & A are the nicest people ever!!! I have been going to Spoon & Folks in Dallas, OR for as long as they have been open. Everything is delicious. Especially the Pho. I recently moved out of state & I can not find anywhere that makes Pho soup anywhere close to them. My best friend mailed me frozen soup. That’s how good it is. It’s the first place I come to when I visit & the last place before I leave to come eat at.Much love to the staff. “Great unique spot right in town! Excellent bevs and food. A little on the pricey side for our little community, but worth it for a different type of experience than other places can currently offer. I think it would be most fun in summer but there's a dining room in the winter! Check it out and try the Pandan!“

“Wonderful hole in the wall with great food! The restaurant just smells delicious as soon as you walk in and has a great atmosphere. Service was quick, the menu was very traditional and not overdone, and the food itself was hot and delicious. Exactly what I was hoping for in a Indian restaurant, I highly recommend!

“Had the best experience. Was instantly greeted upon entering seated in a nice comfortable booth, staff was attentive. Ordered carne asada with corn tortillas and it came with chips and salsa also had a margarita. Chips and salsa were really good. The star of the show the carne asada was tenderfully cooked juicy and lightly spiced the rice and beans salad and guac all very fresh crisp and delicious. The corn tortillas were fresh warm and soft. The margarita was classic very tasty and I felt a really good value. Overall 100% satisfied for the quality taste and price. Also the service was very quick the staff were super friendly I had a very memorable experience and I would certainly return.“

“This was really great, and we’ve had good Mexican food in larger cities — and Mexico. I appreciate the veggie menu. My burrito was full of squash, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, and topped with cheese and guacamole — totally delish! Nice touch also with the chilled beer mug and lime wedge. Good drink menu. Last but certainly not least, all of the staff were friendly and attentive.“

“We came in about 45 minutes before closing, so that was dumb on my part.. staff was friendly and took our order with haste, food came out quickly, it was steaming hot and delicious. We had the combination dinner for two which had 2 entries (we picked sweet and sour chicken & fried shrimp), 2 appetizers (BBQ pork & crab stuffed wontons) your choice of soup, hot and sour or egg flower (we got 1 of each) and hot tea. Everything was great. Only bummer was staff was trying to get ready to close and didn't check on us, I would have liked another side of Chinese hit mustard. But that's to be expected, since we came in so close to closing.Restaurant is also a bar, and there were a few patrons who were drinking & were a little rude I'd sat. So that's why 4 stars for Atmosphere.Overall good experience, I will return for another meal. I'll just plan it earlier.

The restraunt, however, lacks something to be seen visibly, and the flavor is what you would expect from many Mexican retraunts. Unfortunately we got some terrifying over cooked O'Brian potatoes. Although the server brought them. I kindly asked for fresh ones. And they were made properly. I by no means am saying don't go here. PLEASE DO. Please support them so they can continue bringing incredible food and service to Dallas. It was apparently a bad day full circle. “Photos do not do justice to the flavor that is packed in these meals! My favorite is the pad thai and the pineapple fried rice. I shared a photo of the pineapple fried rice, just packed with deliciousness. And giant servings are so convenient, I always have leftovers for lunch at work :). Their sauces are absolutely amazing as well! So unbelievably glad I found this place, I highly recommend it!“

“It is hard to find good breakfast in this area and Cafe 22 hits the spot. I love their peaches, the pancake thickness isnt overly cakey and hard to swallow. The bacon is thick and cooked just right. The raspberry jam is real raspberry jam. The water mentioned in the another review is because they are on a well so it does taste little bit more tinnish, a lemon wedge in my water cured that. Stopped by the fruit stand for fresh strawberries, on the spendy side, but oh the flavor, absolutely nothing beats an Oregon strawberry. Had I known they did strawberry short cake, I woulda skipped the breakfast and went straight to the fruit stand.“

“For my wife and I and our daughter over the last TEN YEARS this is the only place we like to go for Chinese. Their Woh Wonton is fabulous; if my wife is sick she asks for it every time. The salt and pepper chicken…spicy but oh so so good. The sweet and sour chicken has great flavor as well. Barbecue pork is a must have. There is video poker and a small bar away from the dining area. The staff is always attentive and sure don’t let you go hungry.“
