This place is always a hit or miss, the sandwiches are either really good or just okay. They're never horrible and They're always edible. Bear Rosemary Parmesan bread is really good. I feel like their price is a little high for what you get.
Excellence across the board.
The thing that prompted me to make this review, oddly, is the bathroom. Honestly the most immaculate bathroom I’ve ever seen in a food service establishment. and as someone who has built and remodeled bathrooms even all the paint and caulking and everything was perfect!
Also the gentleman who made us our delicious Italian sandwiches was very kind and made me feel very welcome. Dint catch his name but it was on the evening of 9/29/26

The staff are polite, fast, and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The restaurant is a clean, well-managed store that consistently gets orders right, even large or complicated ones. The quality of ingredients is high, and the food is prepared to perfection, often ready right on time for call-in pickups. Vegetarian options are available, with many ways to customize tasty veggie sandos, and portions are large enough for multiple meals. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the crew is always friendly. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible with ramps and ample parking. However, a concern noted is that staff with facial hair should wear hair nets to prevent hair from contaminating food.
