McDonald's in Eugene

“It's, been awhile since I have been to this McDonald's. The young ladies that helped me were so delightful and sincere. It was a great treat. The chicken nugget bundle deal is a great deal when I get my boys for the weekend. 20 nuggets two cheese burgers and two medium fries. I am so grateful for this deal. Keep up the good work Willamette Street McDonald's.“

“Its mcdonalds, one of the clean mcdobalds no doubt, they only had one trash that was overloaded and it was certainly in the process of being taken out.

My only issue with mcdobalds these days is as they slowly get rid of the cashier they havent figured out that they need to leave the bathrooms unlocked because these people will stare at you from the kitchen, peaking through cracks between food clamshells, bags and equipment like tweakers until you yell at them to unlock the bathroom door.

Seriously mcdobalds, since you are giving up on the customer service then leave the bathrooms unlocked so we dont have to stand around waiting for someone to finally accept that they have to talk to you.

4 stars because the bathroom issue which is an issue at basically all mcdonalds these days aside from small town mcdonalds where the residents arent vandals and druggies requiring the bathrooms to be locked.

“This McDonald's expressed to me a very important and very enjoyable lesson. Not all McDonald's are the same. It has to do with different owners and or franchises do things differently. I had a very bad experience with another McDonald's. This one on this accassion had the old system where you pored your own drink with free refills and awesome customer service. The only thing that was newer was electronic kiosks and electronic programmable menue screens. I may have to walk a farther distance but it worth it. I need exercise after eating anyway. Lol ? ?. Thanks to the owners and management of that McDonald's..“

“Made me back up to the other window lol no one was behind me good thing! Another car that was in front must have driven past the first window as well since no one was there and they recklessly just took off out of the line! Thinking there was someone being trained. I got my addiction - fruit smoothie and was happy and amused!
Everyone was doing their best and couldn't tell if any one was stressed.“

“I DO NOT EAT FAST FOOD. But service here is great. You can order through the kiosk or from the front counter. Staff here are always on point.Which makes this one of the best McDonald's when it comes to service. Cleanliness here at this location is amazing.“

“I wanted to make a point to leave feedback about Chris. I think people forget sometimes to leave reviews that are positive And only leave reviews when they’re upset. Chris is such a great employee and really always goes above and beyond for the customers and I really appreciate him.“

“Hey! This place was a little busy. A mistake had been made with my order and was almost instantly rectified. Yeah, baby. The fine people working here were are their A Game. Almost A+ Game. Cool. How tidy of them to behave and respond like the Pros they are. The other orders for our table were done right, hot, and quick considering the flow of business.
