Went Thru Drive Thru thats Why Only One Star. On Atmosphere, Friendly Staff, Operating Drive Thru the Way it Should Operate (Not Sending Everyone to Waiting Parking) Food Order Was Right and it Was Hot Looks Like it Runs Smoother than Other McDonalds I worked at the McDonalds a 40 years Ago Has Changed Alot
Aug 2, 2026 10:30 am drive through cashier is very good. I couldn't get her name to give her props. I'm always ordering specially made stuff and she handled it like a champ and was very nice about it!
Also wanted to say my daughter and I are partial to this location specifically because... When there was a lock down at her middle school (a couple blocks away) lasting many hours, this McDonald's was so incredibly supportive to us parents. I was a thousand kinds of mess......read full review

They messed up an order. News flash it happens! People make mistakes. To err is to be human. Called they wrote my name down to replace at my convenience. Went in a week or so later to get it. They couldn't find my name. Di I have anyone turn me away or hassle me for a silly receipt? NO. the kind petite manager simply replaced my order. Nothing huge just a burger that's all. BUT THAT IS CALLED EXCEPTIONAL EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! So absolutely we will continue to be patrons...read full review
