We had an amazing dining experience at Seize The Cafe. The staff was so welcoming, genuine and friendly. The at home atmosphere was cozy and relaxed. The service was spot on. But the most wonderful thing about this gem of a restaurant, is the food. Clearly Chef Chad loves food. You can taste it in every bite. He is skilled in creating scrumptious flavors and unbeatable meals.

Wonderful food and people. Personally, I eat a low acid diet and many of the meals here are low acid. Tonight I had the mushroom truffle risotto and sautéed shrimp with potatoes. Finished off with the caramel ice cream. Quaint ambiance and lovely staff. The chef came out to visit everyone. This is a rare, authentic passion project that we intend to support as often as we can.
