I use to always love going to the Starbucks on west 11th until the last couple months. I don’t know what is going on, but they just can’t seem to get it right. Coffee is never hot enough and the service is not what it use to be. Staff use to be cheerful and at least have a hello and a smile. I don’t expect them to be over the top, but dang. This isn’t the first review I’ve left like this, so apparently the staff meeting didn’t help or they just don’t care!
Classic Starbucks, friendly staff and consistent drinks. This is a license store so they don't carry all of the Starbucks food, beverages only. They will have Nitro and hot foods in April 2021! :)
Coffee and normal wait time for service is usually pretty good. Ordered Pike's Roast coffee and was very good and has a good flavored to the taste. I highly recommend this place if you want to order a quick, already made coffee on the go.
