Since we discovered Fengying's kitchen every time we drive through Garibaldi we stop by this food cart. The cucumber salad, seasoned eggs, and noodles are excellent choices--although you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Highly recommend!”

“If you’re anywhere near the coast and craving incredible seafood with a side of warm, small-town hospitality, look no further than Fisherman’s Korner. We stopped in and were absolutely blown away , not just by the food, but by the whole experience.

We ordered the clam strips, shrimp, and fish, and every single bite was perfection. The clam strips were lightly breaded, perfectly crisp, and not at all chewy like you sometimes get elsewhere. The shrimp were plump and juicy, and the fish was flaky, tender, and cooked just right. You could tell it was fresh , none of that frozen, over-battered stuff here.

And the cocktail sauce? Wow. It wasn’t just an afterthought it was clearly house-made or at least carefully selected. Tangy, zesty, and just the right amount of horseradish heat to wake everything up. We were dunking everything in it and considering asking for a bottle to-go.

Now let’s talk about the staff because honestly, they deserve their own shoutout. Everyone we interacted with was genuinely kind, upbeat, and attentive. No fake smiles or going-through-the-motions here. They treated us like old friends, made sure we had everything we needed, and checked in just enough without hovering. It was the kind of service that makes you want to come back even if the food wasn’t great — except here, the food is great, so it’s the perfect combo.

The atmosphere is laid-back and casual, just what you want from a coastal seafood spot. It’s the kind of place where you feel instantly at ease , and leave feeling full, happy, and already planning your next visit.

We’ll be back for sure and next time, we’re bringing more friends so they can see what all the fuss is about!”

Honestly so good and hit the spot. Really good fish and chips and battered fries with good thick chowder and bay shrimp salad. And good quality beer! And being open late meant this place saved our butts. But it’s clean and staff are really friendly. Everyone here was so nice and the big TVs made watching the Olympics fun while we enjoyed delicious food! Come on in if you’re on the coast, especially around Tillamook Manzanita or Garibaldi areas.”

“Today I tried the Flat Iron steak dish. Tender and tasty grilled slices of steak with potatoes and sweet carrots. The sauce made me drag each slice of steak through it, before it went into my eager mouth. I ate too much and I am NOT sorry. So good!”

“Living in Rockaway choices are slim for early morning coffee and donut. Joe's did not disappoint. Got a Americano full of flavor and split a huge fritter. My washer can't handle a bed spread but their laundromat had me covered. Sit outdoors on the lanai and listen to the ocean or indoors limited seating unless you go in video poker room lots there. Donuts are gone by 9:30 it seems.”

“I ordered a cake for my husband's Birthday to pick up by noon on Saturday. I had an appointment in Portland on Friday, so we stayed the night. I completely forgot and noticed the text they sent at 11:45 AM around or after 5:00 PM. I responded apologizing. They are so amazing that they offered to meet the next day (a day that they are closed) so that we can get the cake. I will likely never buy a cake from anyone else as long as I live in Tillamook County. They are amazing people and the cake was both beautiful and delicious! Thank you Sarasota's, for being the best. “Local, fresh, delicious! I had the Dungeness crab and a dozen oysters and it was so delicious! Picnic tables outside are dog friendly. They have a small market where you can get fresh seafood, spices, etc. The staff was friendly and my meal was ready in no time.”

We had a bad experience with a motel and were looking for another place to stay. This entailed staying at the cafe long after we finished our meals. It is unusual to find customer service like this.”
