My best friend was getting married in August during peak season and one of the owners and manager JJ was willing to take our group of 15 on and was so helpful seems how we live over 2,000 miles away ! Once I arrived the chef/owner (husband) let me fix my cake up on the back and JJ helped me get the cake table going and decorated ! The food was delicious and the servers were kind and fun! Caesar salad is my thing and that was the best one I’ve ever had ! They were so sweet, came out and visited with us and sent the kids home with salt water taffy! They decorate the walls with one of a kind art pieces that they sell for artist and galleries. 10/10 recommend and I will return on my next visit 🖤“

“We came in yesterday (8/21) with our service dog (chocolate lab) and was seated behind the restaurant in a nice, quiet, private patio area. The server was super friendly, and brought a pail of water over for the dog which we greatly appreciate. He was also sweet to greet her and say hi (she loves to be acknowledged). Now the food- was super delicious! I had THE Grilled Cheese (Brie, smoked mozzarella, pear and marionberry with Dijon aioli). I get it every time we come here (1-2x/yr). My husband had a pork taco and a brisket taco (he couldn’t decide so the server suggested one of each). He said they were excellent! We always stay at Lands End and it’s right next door. We may have started coming here for convenience, but we keep coming back for thr fantastic food, friendly service and quaint atmosphere. There is very limited seating as it’s a small location, so be patient. It’s worth it. Highly recommend!“

“I love sitting outside. Right on Main Street and great for people watching. The staff is very friendly and nice. We waited a while for our ice cream but we weren’t in a hurry so it was fine. My chocolate soda barely had any core cream in it but it was good. My son’s ice cream was good.“

“My wife and I were visiting for a few days and when asking for great seafood restaurants in town we were directed by numerous locals to Dooger’s… and we were not disappointed! My wife ordered the Dungeness Crab Louis salad which was loaded with fresh local crab at a very reasonable price! Great salad and nicely presented. I ordered the fresh pan fried Oysters Cajun style and they literally melted in my mouth! Probably the best oysters I’ve ever had…wow! Our server Jacob was super cool and made us feel comfortable and welcome. A real pro with perfect service! We will be back when we are in Seaside again! I just came back for a family members funeral and decided while I was here I would take my son to the beach. I could smell the delicious food blocks away & knew we needed to eat our dinner there.
