“This is my neighborhood pub that used to be a dive and has been updated and upgraded. Still has that homey feel. Bartenders are phenomenal. Happy hour is solid. Food is great - we've had everything on the menu at least once and it's all consistently good. Menu keeps growing - they add items but not so much that there is a lack of consistency.“

“I took my dad for his early birthday dinner. he ordered the Sampler and loved it. I ordered the smoked bacon wrapped meatloaf and pulled pork BBQ Mac and cheese. everything we had was excellent. the service was quick, the guys were attentive. I highly recommend this place.“

“This bar is located in a small town. The bartenders are great. They will come over and start up a conversation with you while serving you. They serve food like burgers, fish and chips, chicken strips, and other stuff. They have a few video lottery machines. There is inside seating with tables that has 4 tvs that play sports and news or whatever you ask. They also have outside seating with tables and heaters for the colder months. They serve all kinds of different alcohol and if requested, they can make specialized drinks. It may be a small town bar but you get great service and the bartenders remember you if you go more than once.

Parking: There are parking spots located on the side of the building as well as street parking in the front of the building.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp located on the side of the building as well as the main entry that has stairs into the bar.“

“They could improve by not letting their patrons getting harassed by old drunk bigots. I've never been called so many slurs in a short period since it was socially acceptable to do so. Times have changed but they clearly allow this behavior and. it is UNACCEPTABLE. The bartender was a complete bystander and did absolutely nothing other than acknowledging that the situation happened. "You're in the wrong bar" I was told. I'm definitely going to let some local sources know about this so we can keep these haters away.“

“The food was ok for what it is. We did the combo Bratwurst platter and shared. Honestly, Johnsonville makes better bratwurst than we ate at the restaurant. They took the traditional homestyle German feel and made it commercialized beyond recognition. If you are looking for a homestyle restaurant, this one is not it. The people are absolutely amazing though, which completely redeemed the experience.“

Tacos are crunchy, or soft, depending on your preference. Lots of eligible hott single dudes on Tuesday nights for trivia. But not Thursdays. Just Tuesdays for hot guys. And tacos. And Sarah the most attentive and friendly and caring bartender a real badass with great taste in music. Witty! A true gem. Love this place! My Tuesday family. I should probably start coming on other nights too.“

Service was great, fast and full of smiles, and the pasta and salmon dinner was very good.
They've started having karaoke every night, I haven't been there for it but the bartender was talking it up.“

“We were camped at Champoeg State Park. It is a short drive to St Paul and we needed a quick dinner. I ordered a dinner salad and ate a couple onion rings off my husband's plate. The dinner salad was crisp and fresh. My husband's burger was delicious and the onion rings were spot on. It was so good we went back again a couple of weeks later. Sally tends bar and waits on tables. She does a great job. We will return. Yummy!“
