“MASARAP! worth every penny. We ordered their Double Dark Chocolate and Taro Milkteas (both with creamcheese puff and pearls). What I like is that di sya sobrang tamis. Saktong sakto ang lasa at tamis kaya di nakakaumay. The creamcheese puff is also amazing. The cheesy creamy flavor of the puff complements the sweetness and creaminess of the milk tea. The ambiance is also very homey. Ang bango rin sa loob which makes the milktea experience even more satisfying.“

“Food here is great! I've been to 3 different T4s and this place probably has the best fried squid out of all of them. The basil chicken was alright and the portion size was pretty big. Drinks were as expected.

What I like about this place is that it is much bigger and they offer a wide range of food options that are actual meals. My favorite is the squid. Not too small, nor too big and have a good flavor to them. The chicken was much bigger, less crunchy and a bit bland. Overall, this place is great and I am satisfied.“

“the service was excellent I ordered the Royal fruit tea ( tropical) the flavor amazing it had fresh fruit in it. My granddaughters got the strawberry milk tea with mango bubbles in it. I will definitely be going back soon . Go check them out .“

“Yifang is an excellent franchise chain across North America - glad to see Portland got one.

They have probably the best quality, and best tasting steeped teas as their bases compared to any boba chain or shop.

And the fruit add-ins always taste and feel great.

Adjustable sugar and ice is a must.

The real, Taiwanese hibiscus flowers (roselle) placed in the drinks are awesome.

“Quick refreshments pick me ups needed post filling lunch. Popped in to get a few drinks for the family. The worker who took our order was super friendly and patient. I always take a bit longer to order my drink and she answered my questions (they do reward point system through clover app). Our drinks we're done pretty fast once ordered. I like how they go over each drink before the handoff just to ensure you got the right drinks. Lobby was clean, bright, spacious with a few spots to rest your weary feets or in our case full tummies.“

“Definitely the cheapest Jello Shots in town but I think they might also be the best. $1.50 a pop with flavors like Strawberry Shortcake, Pink Starburst, Margarita, and Cherry. Each one made with different liquor.

Real talk on affects: I don't know what's in the teas to be causing this, and I'm never one to be affected by caffeine, but when I have a tea past 5pm, I'm awake still at 1am. i need to start going in the morning as the energy I get is clear and not shakey and lasts for hours.“

“This boba food truck hit all the spots for me. The server/maker was the nicest person in Portland that we encountered, the honey boba pearls were perfect chewy/melty consistency and our teas were so tasty without being overly sweet. I ordered a blended matcha lavender and my daught ordered a honeydew. Well done, 5 stars, highly recommend.

Parking: There is a parking lot across the street, you have to pay if you stay longer than an hour.“

A couple years ago I gave this place 1 ⭐. Since then they've made a lot of improvements... Walled eating area with plenty of seating. Not sure if it's heated but better than other stand alone food carts. Books to read. Cables and outlets to charge devices. Plenty of parking (you just need to go up the driveway). Staff went out of their way to make my visit special. Prices are great. I ordered the shredded pork ban mí (which was filling by itself), got a free hot tea (think Lipton), and only paid $7!
There may be a language barrier but it's worth it because you'll love anything you get.
