“Walport Family Cellar did not disappoint. Our favorite hands down were the award-winning 2016 Syrah. On the palate, the wine showcases a full-bodied profile with well-integrated tannins that provide structure without overwhelming the fruit. They also did not charge meto taste.I find that too many of the Oregon wineries I've visited charge to taste and the wine is often overpriced. I find significantly better wine in Fair Play, CA for less and they rarely charge down there.Soloro impressed me and my family. We will be back again!“

With access to the applegate river on the property under huge oak trees , it's just simply beautiful. Easy access from grants pass. Award winning wines,it doesn't get any better!“

Winemaker Nate is so knowledgeable and cares deeply about the science of his craft. Biodynamic wines are often a higher premium but we found this place to be well-priced within this class of growers.
