“We went here for the first time today as a family and Oh My Gosh! First off, that was the most delicious pizza I have ever eaten. The price was very reasonable, The staff was absolutely excellent, quick and very friendly. I also love the outdoor seating option. I honestly give this place a 10/10. We most definitely will be coming back. And the real seasonings on the pizza? can you say perfect?“

“We needed Gluten Free for some in our group and Backpacker Pizza did not disappoint! They have 3 more families as fans! Everything we got was delicious and gobbled up. Our group was so grateful for the delicious GF options.

The braised lamb pasta was full of meat and had great texture and taste. The pizzas were all beautiful, fresh, and tasty. Nice to know they have vegan cheese as well. But the dessert by Sugar and Spiess took the cake so to speak! Wow! Still cannot believe it was Vegan.

Lots of beverages with lots on tap! The lemonade is not your regular lemonade so kids may not appreciate it, but adults sure do! They were so kind to make sure we were happy. Thank you!

The service was on point even though they were slammed due to a busy downtown First Friday. It was a 45min wait!

Parking is ample, but when it's busy, it's luck of the draw. They have patio and indoor seating. Clean restrooms.

Prices are a little higher, but they seem to use quality ingredients. The pizza is a good size for 2-3 depending on appetite. We also liked the fact that they gave a military discount.

Food menu is average, mostly bar food. The number of pizzas was confusing given the pizza business next door. Why compete instead of collaborate? We are still exploring taprooms in east Vancouver.“

“I was introduced to Bridge City a couple months ago by a friend who raved about their menu variety, quality of food, and the service. Walking into the restaurant was much more appealing than I had imagined. Meaning that it's a good balance of sports bar and family restaurant. Natural light from the north, west, and east windows enhances the vibe; and the interior isn't plastered by sports memorabilia. I also appreciate that I didn't have to raise my voice to talk over the media volume. The staff are friendly, attentive, relaxed, and welcoming. Most of all, the menu offers a long variety of fabulous options. Something for everyone. The first visit, I was blown away by their Californian Grilled Chicken Sandwich. (My eyeballs rolled back in my head as I savored the in credible flavors.) The second visit, I had the Strawberry Chicken Salad: a generous portion that I happily polished in entirety...down to the last tiny piece of candied walnut. Their alcoholic beverage menu offers a long list of specially selected NW brews, craftt ciders, and more. The prices are very reasonable for the exceptional quality, creativity, and service that blows away other restaurants in the sports bar/family restaurant category in the area. I am looking forward to trying their brunch menu to celebrate my upcoming birthday. I'd love to see the property owner spruce up the exterior's landscaping and a bit of a facelift to attract attention and draw in more customers. So, get y'er buns in there and give Bridge City a try! “Grabbed some pizzas for our guys working in the area. Simple and easy ordering process, very friendly service and the pizza was done within 20 minutes. Both pizzas were covered with fresh toppings and the guys said that they really liked it! Plates and napkins and available for takeout orders. If you dine in there loook to be plenty of seating and games for the kids and video poker for the adults.“
