It’s a small, tucked-away spot that we only share with a handful of people because we love being able to stop in and enjoy a fresh, consistently amazing bowl of ramen without the crowd. The quality is always spot on, no matter the day. The waitress always remembers our order, which makes it feel like home, and the cook always greets us with a smile. That kind of warmth and consistency is rare, and it’s one of the many reasons we keep coming back. “We live 3/4 across the country in Indiana but every time we come to town we always visit the Ale & Cider House. The lady who owns the place and always seems to take care of us and is always very friendly. As for the beers and ciders they are the best we’ve had. Loved the ciders before they filtered them but still taste just as good but without the “look”.😉 A true gem that you must try next time you are in the quaint little town of West Linn. The bottle selection isnt extremely large, however they have really well priced, good quality wine choices in the $10-$20 range!!! The chicken patty has good crispy batter, it seemed to be a ground chicken patty, it had good flavor, with a nice balance of spice as well as balance of chicken, bread, & veg (Arugula, red onion, aioli, tomato ) so it’s not too heavy of a meal.
It was a good sandwich. Nothing to write home about, definitely better than some ive had and paid more for though. Service was good too.“

“I popped in here for the first time several months ago for lunch and a glass of wine, and ended up having what could arguably be one of the best Italian cold cut sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Seriously, I wake up dreaming about that sandwich sometimes it’s so good. The pepper spread pulls it all together. My partner really enjoys the Cascadia Dip.

When it comes to their wine and beer selections, there is a lot to choose from. It’s a great place to take friends or family because there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. “This was my first time going here and I needed to write a review as soon as I finished my meal. I know a lot of people say they found the best spot when it comes to wings but they are all wrong. I don’t mean to glaze but it’s deserved. These wings were the best wings I’ve had in a while. The service was great. The girl at the cash register was extremely kind and I am happy she added those side sauces because they were delicious with the wings and fries. Also the place was nice and relaxing. 10/10 and taking my little sister and friends :)“
