Some place finally, THIS PLACE knows how to do wings on the west coast! How did it take this long? Oh my God! I took my chances and those are the wings I've been waiting for. Very impressed!“

Great rotating tap list and a limited menu of good quality bar snacks. Excellent pizza and salad orders are possible too, from neighbor Red Sauce Pizza. I keep returning for the chill environment for remote work in the afternoons and the friendly regulars watching the latest playoff game at the bar monitor. Try it out on a Tuesday eve when they have an popular bluegrass picking circle. It’s a great place to make new friends.“

“We live 3/4 across the country in Indiana but every time we come to town we always visit the Ale & Cider House. The lady who owns the place and always seems to take care of us and is always very friendly. As for the beers and ciders they are the best we’ve had. Loved the ciders before they filtered them but still taste just as good but without the “look”.😉 A true gem that you must try next time you are in the quaint little town of West Linn. “Mmm, mmm, mmm. Got the Fresh Prince and it was so fresh, it talked back! Just kidding, sandwiches don't talk but if they did, this one is whispering sweet nothings to my belly. The bread was the true Prince. Opted for sourdough and it was tasty and even had a bit of crunch! No rubbery texture causing the ingredients to slide out with each bite. I got the small size as they come in large or small and it was perfect for what I needed since I wasn't overly hungry. Great first visit. I'll have to keep this one on my radar!“

It’s been an ongoing struggle for the restaurant industry and i just have to say that I didn’t feel that way about this place on any level. A party of around 14 of us were looked after so well by our server/s. The DELICIOUS food came out fast, and hot, and all at the same time! The vibe was chill and not frantic. atmosphere was perfect. Clean. I had the “Mr. October”. Fried chicken breast over a fresh homemade biscuit, sausage gravy, bacon, fried potatoes.. absolute fire. Paired with their bacon infused bloody Mary topped with candied bacon.. sheesh! Only bad thing I have to say is that it’s not on my side of town and that part sucks! 😂 Go out of your way for this one if you have to. Totally worth it.“

“I only went in to buy a couple bottles of wine, but they had Vinho Verde there for only $11, which is one of my favorites!!! The bottle selection isnt extremely large, however they have really well priced, good quality wine choices in the $10-$20 range!!! The bartender who rung up my sale was very sweet, and parking was a breeze. I will be going back for this particular bottle, as the store I usually go to quit selling it!!!“

The chicken patty has good crispy batter, it seemed to be a ground chicken patty, it had good flavor, with a nice balance of spice as well as balance of chicken, bread, & veg (Arugula, red onion, aioli, tomato ) so it’s not too heavy of a meal.
It was a good sandwich. Nothing to write home about, definitely better than some ive had and paid more for though. Service was good too.“

“I popped in here for the first time several months ago for lunch and a glass of wine, and ended up having what could arguably be one of the best Italian cold cut sandwiches I’ve had in my life. Seriously, I wake up dreaming about that sandwich sometimes it’s so good. The pepper spread pulls it all together. My partner really enjoys the Cascadia Dip.

When it comes to their wine and beer selections, there is a lot to choose from. It’s a great place to take friends or family because there is something to suit everyone’s tastes. The service has been friendly every time, and the atmosphere is great. I feel like they did a great job maximizing their space without crowding tables so close together you’re bumping elbows with strangers. Amazing spot to try out if you’re in the area!“
