I was not too nice on the phone with my frustration and James kept an impressive level of cool throughout the whole ordeal, especially considering none of the problems were on his end or in his control. Not a lot of folks are as professional as James and I'm grateful for his patience with me. He genuinely wanted to resolve the situation.
