“McDonald’s has always been a place where a positive attitude makes a difference, and lately I’ve noticed that kind of customer service becoming less common. Today, though, a young man with a unique name completely changed my experience. He greeted me with a big smile, made me feel genuinely welcome, and even though he was busy taking other orders, he still took the time to listen and made me feel like what I had to say mattered.
His positive attitude truly made my day. It’s refreshing to see an employee who takes pride in both his work and his appearance—even something as simple as having his shirt neatly tucked in showed professionalism. I hope McDonald’s recognizes employees like him because they’re the reason customers want to come back. 😄“
“Today I went into Hood River McDonald's by Safeways. My intentions to help feed 26 homeless people worked out thanks to the staff at this McDonald's. I had $50 and another lady gave me $40. Night quite enough to pay for all of the food. However the manager and the staff came together and helped me with the rest. Now if that is not Christmas spirit I don't know what is. Thank You McDonald's staff and the unknown Lady that helped make some lives feel a little better.“
