“The music was amazing last night. The environment was clean. Service above par. Taylor did an wonderful job with the pizza. We ordered the one with everything on it. Every level of flavor was distinguishable, balanced and tasty with the most amazing sauce and crunchy crust. I would recommend this establishment.”

“Everything about this place is amazing except for the fact that they usually sit you directly next to someone even if you are the only two customers in the whole restaurant. They get nasty about it if you ask to move. Then they'll sit a table directly next to where you moved. Annoying, wish they would stop.”

“The place has a lovely western feel to it. Almost feels like you’re in Montana or Wyoming. The staff was lovely and the food was great. 10/10 experience.”

“Don't waste your money! Great, attentive & friendly to the regulars, short, inattentive to the point of needing a flag for us. Menu said $10.5 for 6 poppers, got 4, showed them 1 wing was bloody & pink & got a shug 🤯 considering they want to be the BWW of Indy. First time back with high hopes after a couple years but unfortunately the new bar top hasn't changed much at Arena on a slow Wed night🤷♀️ Plus Chases'drinks are twice the size for the same price🤦♀️”
“Really great location for a tap station!! 26 different beers and ciders on tap, wow!! Very open and airy, dog friendly, giant chessboard out back, and lots of games to choose from! Overlooks the river and park with easy access!!”

“Just had a couple drinks, didn't try their food but I'm excited to. Pasta night on Wednesday I guess... I'll be trying that soon, otherwise the place is clean, staff is friendly, large outdoor area...seems to be enough parking, but maybe not so much when it gets busy...”
“Amazing food and wonderful service. Every course was beautifully plated and delicious. You could taste the love in every bite. I look forward to June for the next pop-up dinner.”

“Best place to get coffee, desserts, pizza, and even a brew on tap. The owners are the sweetest people and we love our collaboration there! You can pick up any of our multi award-winning desserts right inside Brew! You will be welcomed by Cathy and Mitch and they’re amazing team, you can’t get a better experience in such a beautiful little town.”
“We were looking for a frozen yogurt place close to South Salem and this place rocks. It's super clean, they have great options for yogurt and toppings, and the staff are very friendly.”

“Love this place! Top notch 👍🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
“Stumbled in on my birthday after dropping paperwork off in town. Intentionally taking things slow. Best unplanned stop I've made in a while. It's tucked in the back of 10th and Monmouth this place would have been missed if not for the construction that slowed me down on this slow day. Whew.
The space is small, cozy, and full of character. Board and card games are available with comfy seating. The kind of place that encourages lingering. So I did, thank you very much. And under the cotton cloud with blinking light to boot.
Tucked further back (in the building) is a small used book collection operating largely on the honor system. For a modest donation I walked out with a handful of books: Michelle Obama, Chuck Palahniuk (Portland Local), Bukowski, and a 1960s mind-body-soul volume that may have started the entire wellness movement. Naturally, I also added The Dictionary of Sarcasm. Because what the world needs now is another used bookstore, like I need another hole in my head.
The barista made my low sugar chai matcha latte with coconut milk without blinking or teen angst. Most places blink. Twice. Argue. Then require a brief committee meeting to figure out what to charge. Not that hard people! His was effortless, delicious, and priced right.
The place is filled with teas, spices, and pastries that looked phenomenal. Teas and spices, okay, but pastries? I'm down 45 pounds in 100 days so I spent time admiring the pastry case the way a museum visitor admires priceless artifacts: respectfully, from a safe distance.
There's a burger food truck next door if you want something substantial. I bought the barista one and a chicken sammie for myself. Togo. Between the perfectly made drink, the welcoming atmosphere, and a handful of books for a steal, it seemed entirely justified.
Some coffee shops sell coffee. Places like this create an experience. Slowly.”

“I have always been more than happy with the special #2. The portion sizes are huge and I love it. Id prefer less sweet and sour sauce in the box when you order it to go, but it seems like theres always a relatively equal mix of fully sauced chicken pieces and some only about half. So you can elect to drown your chicken in more of the delicious sauce or eat a half doused ones as is. The chow mein is perfect. Pork fried rice is a great addition that lets you enjoy rice with some appreciated flavor. I originally didnt like the crab puffs but they grew on me quickly.
Ive seen some complain that the outside needs more cleaning or that the environment needs some adjustment. I think the concerns of the outside are fair enough, but Ive never felt the place was unclean. If anything, I take small town restaurants with dated exteriors but fine interiors as a sign of the truly good stuff. And my experience with Jade terrace has basically just been that: the good stuff.
I am currently full to the brim with a special #2 after thinking about it all day and not eating much. You know what Im not full of? Regret. The special #2 filled me up so much, I have no room for it. Great place for Chinese food.”

“I have been ordering from this company for a little while. Out of all pizza businesses in the area including Salem Oregon, this store really openly tries their best to put out good customer service. Their food is the best in the area and their commitment to a satisfied customer is a whole lot better than Salem or Monmouth pizza shops by a long shot. They are willing and respectful to compensate for their errors with great attitudes. Thank you very much.”

“As a business owner from Portland, I understand the importance of providing excellent customer service. Team members should make a genuine effort to acknowledge customers when they walk in. I’m not referring to business related phone use, but rather personal phone activity that distracts from customer interaction.
A simple greeting and basic attentiveness go a long way. Employees represent not only the business, but also the community. Customers deserve to feel welcomed and acknowledged. I also believe in second chances because I know you all can do better. Pizza was very tasty. I’ll give you that… with much respect. 🙏🏽🙂↕️🙏🏽”
