“MOST IMPORTANT FACT: 1) IT'S A SUBWAY. This is NOT fine dining. If you have eaten at a Subay then you know what to expect. Overall they are ALL the same. The food and atmosphere are GENERIC. Where they can NOT and are NOT the same is in the employees. So a person could rate both food and atmosphere in MOST CASES the same. However NO TWO PEOPLE ARE THE SAME. I do not remember the name of the young man who helped me but he was great. MOST IMPORTANT.....he listened to me. It has been years since I have been in a Subway. I realize "IT'S NOT ROCKET SCIENCE " but I was not sure what I wanted and pricing (does something cost extra). He gave this OLDER MAN extra attention and help. So, that's what made me give 5 stars for him. Too bad Biden-itis has infected me and I can not remember his name.“

“I have a great experience every time I come into this particular location. I can’t say enough good things. From the employees to the management, Cleanliness, service and atmosphere everything is always on point. If there is a mistake in the order they happily make it right. Love this location!“

They taste great here.
The service is so great here.
There's nothing about here that I cannot say is not great, take that as you will.
The restaurant is clean, well tended to and the staff are more than helpful.
The food is delicious and nourishing.

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“We just had lunch here. There was a nice lady who took our order and a lady Cleaning, so it was all neat and clean. The cheese burgers were big, I could have gone with the little one, one patty I think. I had grilled onions. Better than Nancy's Everyone was polite, the music was nice.“

“Ordered 2 large chili's with cheese and onions. Additional cost for cheese. I like to get 2 for additional meals. I got a free bacon cheese burger with app. Burger is a small one not for larger eaters. My only problem with the chili is that it isn't full most of the time. I asked them to make sure they were full. I asked but didn't look until later. One was full and the other one wasn't. I asked them if they filled them up because I have trouble with getting them filled. She said yes the supervisor filled them up. I sometimes order the suger cookies. I like them and they are larger ones. Pretty reasonable price for the size.
Parking: Sometimes it's difficult to drive inside of parking area. Because of how busy they are. For anyone parking and pulling out of parking spots. Having the drive up window line close to parking is a bit tricky.“

“When I order my Blizzard and ask for extra flavor put extra flavor. Also mix it all the way down to the bottom not just the top. This used to be my favorite spot. Customer service needs alot of help! Dairy Queen Grill & Chill, 4023 Commercial St SE, Salem, OR 97302“

“I ordered the cotton candy blizzard and I got a Med which is almost seven dollars!!! Only half my blizzard had the candy in it on the top all the blizzard on the bottom was just plain vanilla ice cream. I didn’t pay that much for just vanilla ice cream and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Very disappointed with how they make blizzards now.“

“The kids love the ice cream here, plus it's cheaper than McDonald's. Outside is their ice cream machine can't make the same consistency of ice cream for all my kiddos in one transaction. So some get softer ice cream, sometimes even have to have it in a cup because it will fall off of the cone.“

“Food was amazing as always, chow mein a bit dry but not too big of a deal, it was lunch time and maybe there was no time to cook it al dente.
On the other hand my server a white short girl could not hide her racism towards “minorities” frowning the whole time she was preparing our plate.
She was all giggly and smiley with white customers but made a big frown and attitude when POC walked in.“

“The manager- I believe his name was Tony-was super sweet and I had a great experience passing through here today. It’s really strange walking into a place where you can just order on computers, but I guess we are living in the FUTURE, after all. Thanks for the ranch, too!“
