“It's a subway, and I've worked in the fast food industry so I know how hard it is. If you order at non busy times you'll get a stellar experience. It's when it's busy, that's when it gets iffy. The workers there are awesome! All the ones I saw always had a smile even though there was a line out the door. Definitely better than the monmouth location :)“

“Took my family to Carls Junior in Monmouth for lunch. The service was great the restaurant was shinning clean the food came quick and Boy was it fresh and delicious. I got the Famous Star meal and I have to say it was ACE high! Really good. We all enjoyed it.“

“We just had lunch here. There was a nice lady who took our order and a lady Cleaning, so it was all neat and clean. The cheese burgers were big, I could have gone with the little one, one patty I think. I had grilled onions. Better than Nancy's Everyone was polite, the music was nice.“

“No matter who is working drive-thru, the staff is always so friendly with friendly voices. Food is always hot and quick and tastes good. I was bummed though when I went to this location on 10/26/24 and got a soda. The soda tasted flat so I asked the worker if I could get something else. He happily offered but that drink was flat too. You could tell even by the color and lack of carbonation in the sodas. He said the CO2 might be low/bad but there was nothing they could do for me. So I was bummed that I paid money for something I couldn't enjoy.“

“Thank you for the 5-star drive thru experience on National Fry Day weekend. I received a free regular fry for Burgerville Loyalty Members and I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a Sprite to make it a meal. Everything was very fresh and very good. I am definitely planning on going back soon.“

“Went to the drive thru to get a frosty. Unfortunately I dont know his name, but the drive thru attendant was great.
RANT, to the food or in my case the frosty. I wax definitely disappointed in the value of the frosty for the price. I ordered a large, which seemed more like a medium, at a extra large price. This must be why I generally dont go to fast food establishments.“

“I ordered the cotton candy blizzard and I got a Med which is almost seven dollars!!! Only half my blizzard had the candy in it on the top all the blizzard on the bottom was just plain vanilla ice cream. I didn’t pay that much for just vanilla ice cream and this isn’t the first time this has happened. Very disappointed with how they make blizzards now.“

“I ordered a 16 piece bucket of Chicken and 2 large Root Beers. 1 large Onion Ring and 1 large Fry in the Drive through lane. I was impressed by the guy in front of me with a White Chevy Tahoe because he paid for my food!! Thanks to the very nice guy!! This was July, 9 at 11am. I was impressed with the speedy service and friendliness The grounds and signs were very clean. When I got home we at a fraction of the giant meal but the food was so good!!! Thank you for making our repeat visits a true treat!!

“The only downside is only one lane of the drive thru is open most days so the line gets super long and wraps around the building which ends up blocking parked vehicles and causing issues for dine-in patrons.
The manager and staff are incredible! There friendly, professional, personable, always polite and always giving great customer service as well as being quick! They all always go above and beyond!“

“I want to give a huge thanks to Priscilla for making it right! I put in a doordash order and on the order, I specifically stated no lettuce. I unchecked the lettuce. However, it then stated no special requests. I happen to have a bad allergy to lettuce. Priscilla handled it! Tell her managers she needs a raise for dealing with my onry ass!“

“Was here doing some grading and the guys in here were great. They refilled my drink without me asking. Very friendly and asked me what I was doing working so late and I let them know I am grading college final exams for summer term. I talked with three different guys and they were all very friendly and outgoing.“
