“This is easily our favorite sit-down Mexican restaurant in the Salem area. We haven’t found a single thing on the menu we don’t like, and the carne asada is absolutely perfect.

As someone from Southern California, I can be a little picky about Mexican food, and this place actually hits the mark. Good flavors, great portions, and they even have horchata, which automatically earns bonus points.

Best Mexican food we’ve found in the area, hands down. Highly recommend.“

“I went into the Monmouth Qdoba today with a friend and had what I thought was frankly a pretty stupid request. But not only did Abbi fulfill my request she did it with such good attitude and enthusiasm. The food that I received was absolutely delicious and would definitely want to come here again. “The food was OK. My husband did end up throwing up his adobada torta but said it was good at first. The carnitas for the tacos are ok, but after a while, it tastes kind of weird. The service was good! The staff was really nice and just easy to have a conversation with. The atmosphere was ok, the TV werent on when we ate inside (around 11:30am), and it was just a little too quite.“

It's not the best I've ever had, but being from S California, i can say this place really good/authentic compared to a lot of other mexican places up here in the PNW. Their Burritos are huge and they sell fresh homemade tamales (haven't tried those yet, but i plan to). However, there is no seating - it's walkup/drive through only.“
