Passing thru, grabbed a pulled pork and was not disappointed. Good size, good flavor, and included a little bark.
We were recently in Salem visiting family for two weeks and were hosting a birthday party for a large group. We walked into Campbell’s around 11am and were greeted by David (the meat guy) and SuAnne. Boy is it hard to find good bbq, but this place doesn't disappoint. Excellent brisket, and the sides were on point. Don't pass up on the sauces either, they're awesome.
