Starbucks, located in a local Safeway, offers reliable coffee and service, with a busy roadside atmosphere. The staff is friendly, but the kiosk setup and Safeway ambiance could be improved. Food quality is satisfactory, and wheelchair accessibility is adequate, although hand washing can be challenging.
