Ricky and Mark took care of us. They were fast, efficient and friendly. They are a great team!
The two guys working the counter on August 23rd, 2026 made us a couple of outstanding sandos. It was the kind of care I would have taken making my own meal.
Kind, respectful and on top of every detail. They were the same with the other guests that came in while we were eating. Truly great customer service and great attitudes.

While the new pretzels may not be a hit, the overall experience is satisfactory, and customers are likely to return when passing through Madras.
