Had a great lunch, outstanding service and food
Food is good but I got charged 15% gratuity on my to go order. I think that’s dishonest and the tip should be based on the service not just automatically included so for this reason I will no longer be given them my business, and I will go to Tora sushi in Tillamook instead.
Ordered online, said 35 minutes. Did curbside pick up option, entered car details. Food was ready an hour later. Called when we arrived and staff was confused when we said we did curbside pick up. We ended up going inside 10 seconds later and no one said a thing to us. We stood by the bar and next to a worker who we presumed (and were correct) that we had just talked to.
