We love Mellelos and have been going a couple of times a week for years. However, lately there have been consistency issues. Many of your baristas don't know how to properly make granitas or iced Americanos. There also seems to be some confusion on the pricing. A man charged me $5.00 for a 16 oz Americano even though the board said $4.00. He argued that the prices had changed, but the board hadn't been updated yet. Other locations still charge $4.00.
