Subway in Medford, located inside Walmart on Crater Lake, is highly appreciated for its friendly service and quality sandwiches. Customers often mention that the staff, including specific workers like Bruce and Pete, are kind, knowledgeable, and attentive to details. Bruce is especially trusted to make sandwiches exactly how customers like, and many return specifically when he is working. Pete has also received praise for making a very delicious meatball sub that was described as tasting like a Supreme pizza, exceeding expectations.
The restaurant offers a variety of meal options, including the BBQ footlongs, which are considered a better deal. During busy lunch hours, the staff is organized and efficient, ensuring quick service. Customers appreciate the service despite occasional issues like sandwiches being placed upside down in bags, which can cause messiness.
The reviews also highlight the positive experience of using coupons for meal deals, bringing back a sense of nostalgia. Several customers note that the staff’s friendliness and the quality of sandwiches make their visits enjoyable, regardless of minor inconveniences.
