“I ordered on Uber Eats the other day and unfortunately it was a bit too late so I couldn’t get what I ordered. The person who was running the store at the time let me know that I could come in and get the roll I originally paid for, so I went back and I of course got another roll with it just to make sure they got their money and everyone was so nice!! The food is amazing and I happened to find it by luck, HIGHLY SUGGEST!! Super fresh fish and very worth the price point, I can’t wait to go back!!“

“I have been eating at Shinsei Sushi for several years. We live in Mt Shasta, and every Medford trip means lunch at Shinsei. The sushi is fresh and excellent. Service is very amenable. This is not a restaurant for ambiance, as it is a standard strip mall setting, but everything else is very enjoyable. This restaurant gets a lot of high 5s from many Mt Shasta, Ca. residents who make it a point to eat there.“

“When we came the only other table was occupied. And while dining, the place started to fill up quickly. So, I can imaging that the wait time may increase, as the place packs up.
The sushi rolls we ordered were good size and quality and very tasty. Personally, I liked the variety, though wouldn't complain to see more sushis with fresh fish only.
Low volume music, mostly booths, couple tables, feels like good spot for dining in cozy and welcoming place.“

“Wife and I were passing through Medford early May enroute to NM. Excellent and authentic Korean food. You won't be disappointed... Heading back again this July“

“Sushi here is AMAZEBALLS. This is no grocery store sushi. This is authentic good stuff with all the norms like California rolls that basic sushi lovers can eat, as well as the good stuff (eel) that they haven’t learned to eat yet. Both healthy and fried options.
Great service. Nice enough to take a casual date or family member to.“

“We have probably dined in 10-15 times now. I am well overdue on posting a review. The chefs and staff here do a phenomenal job. Southern Oregon is truly lucky to have this place.“
