“We had such a great experience at pFriem in Milwaukie, and a huge part of that was Amanda behind the bar. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely fun to chat with throughout our visit.

Amanda took the time to answer all of our beer questions and made excellent recommendations based on what we liked. I had never even heard of a side pour before, and she explained it perfectly and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“10/10. Do not come here unless you’re prepared to ruin Hawaiian food everywhere else forever. Everything I’ve had here is straight-up criminal. The Death Row Plate is my go-to, a stacked sampler loaded with Hurricane chicken, Korean fried chicken, and poke that will knock your balls clear across Pacific Hwy. Also… the grilled shrimp plate?? Absolute menace. I could eat 100 of them like candy and still be looking around for more. And the mac salad that comes with every plate? Should be illegal. I’m pretty sure it violates at least three laws. To top it off, the owner runs this place solo, in there every day, grinding, serving every plate herself until she sells out. And she sells out every single day. She’s born and raised Oahu, so you’re getting so you’re getting the real deal, no mainland shortcuts, no watered-down flavors, just straight island heat. Hours: 10–2…..Translation: show up early or cry in your car. 🫳🎤“

“My girlfriend and I stopped by the cart today and got the Street Mac. We both love a good cheesey and sorta soupy mac. The street mac is their take on Street Corn Elote with mac and cheese and it was DELICIOUS. We got just the regular portion and it was big enough on its own for us to share. Good price for it too, $15. The guy who was working also seemed really polite, my girlfriend, who ordered, said he was very formal and kind. We wanna come back and try the fried mac and cheese and check out even more of their other options.“

High quality, delicious specials and drinks, relaxing live music and a sweet little corner bistro atmosphere. The proprietors made me feel like they wanted me to stick around for awhile. “First time ever trying bao, and I am a new fan! There were many options and the staff was kind to help explain the flavors and help me decide. There were also many options for service sizes. You could purchase only one bao bun, or you could try multiples flavors, I personally was satisfied with 3 bao buns for a meal. The shop is quite small inside so I wouldn’t suggest bringing a large group, but the service was quick and easy to take togo, it is definitely worth a visit!“

“Came here one night after every other Philly Cheesesteak place was closed and can honestly say it was worth the 17 minute drive into Milwaukie. My son is an extremely picky eater and said it was THE BEST CHEESESTEAK he had ever had. The fries were amazing too; light, crispy and not greasy at all. We have returned 4 times now over the past 2 weeks and this goodcart is now our favorite go-to for delicious fresh made to order. The Lamb Gyro is beyond compare, and the TriMeat Combo has some of the best saffron rice and hummus I have ever tasted. There is something here for everyone, even burgers and dogs or nuggies for the kids. As for service? The gentleman working behind the window pays such close attention to detail and every aspect of food prep that it tastes like it came from someone’s familial kitchen. Be warned that there may be a wait if you arrive while other orders are in process since it is only 1 guy doing it all, but if you do it will be well worth it.“

Food here is priced fair . $18.99 for a burger meal is good in my eyes , you actually get full and it doesn't taste like fake lab grown meat. Wait times are fair if it's a weekend maybe 20min is the worse I've seen with a group.“
