Last time I went, I met the owner, who thanked me profusely for being a member. Bonus, the wine is super great as well. Pinots kick it out of the park, and some surprise varietals.”

“Mother and I visit here about once a month. It is our favorite restaurant because the staff there are so gracious, and the food is excellent. We especially love the servers there for the way they treat us, like royalty. They shower us with kindness and they meet every request with glad hearts. Mother and I especially enjoy the General Tsao Chicken with Lo Mein, but it's all absolutely wonderful. Mother is an elder Christian, almost Deaf, but she can hear a little bit using a pocket talker and she loves to sing Christian songs when we go to lunch, and sometimes others dining there will join us. This is a restaurant where EVERYONE is welcome, without ANY discrimination. When you go, you will feel so good the way you are treated, and you will get MOST DELICIOUS food and a comforted belly. “The burgers here are phenomenal, I recommend the bacon double cheeseburger I add xtra pickles and grilled onions I keep the regular onion as well. I love their strawberry lemonade trust me you won’t experience another strawberry lemonade anywhere else. My husband and daughter love their strawberry shakes. They have these new string fries and those are really flavorful if you enjoy garlic you’re in for a treat.”

“I love Luna’s Cafe! This is my family’s favorite place to go in town for weekend breakfast and we always get an extra box of empanadas to-go. Food is great, the Mexican coffee is my favorite, and their jewelry is gorgeous if you’re looking for gifts.”

“It's great here! I ordered a double cheeseburger combo meal, it was fresh. I had to head back to campus for something mandatory and didn't end up checking the burger, and when I was able to go back and eat it, I noticed that it was made with a single patty instead of two. I went back as soon as I noticed, with the receipt and original burger, and the staff was super friendly. The same person that was there earlier re-made the burger for me with no issues hours after I was originally there. Definitely recommend!”

“This Momiji location is hands down our favorite of all of them. Living in Monmouth now makes it an easy, walkable win, but even when we lived in Salem I’d happily make the drive just for the atmosphere.

The sushi is consistently great, but what really sets this spot apart is the staff. They’re always friendly, welcoming, and especially kind to our 4-year-old, who loves sushi but hasn’t quite mastered chopsticks yet. That kind of patience goes a long way.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. And while some reviews mention menu or promo changes, don’t let that deter you—this is still a fantastic place to eat. Sushi, sashimi, bento… it’s all solid.

One small wish: an all-shrimp tempura option instead of just veggie or variety. I’d absolutely pay extra for it.
