“The food was ok for what it is. We did the combo Bratwurst platter and shared. Honestly, Johnsonville makes better bratwurst than we ate at the restaurant. They took the traditional homestyle German feel and made it commercialized beyond recognition. If you are looking for a homestyle restaurant, this one is not it. The people are absolutely amazing though, which completely redeemed the experience.”

“Our first time there. We got takeout to eat up at the Benedictine brewery. The bag of containers was extremely heavy. I thought they were serving us lead lol. When I opened the container I realized why it was so heavy. This thing was packed with food. Lots of chicken and broccoli for the broccoli chicken. My Sichuan chicken had lots of vegetables and chicken. We also ordered the noodles with tofu. Tofu was really nice + chewy not mushy. Broccoli was fresh and not overcooked. The chicken had nice flavor and the two different chicken dishes had a distinct flavor profile. The Sichuan chicken head enough heat to make it enjoyable but not too hot. My wife and I now have leftovers for lunch today and again tomorrow. That's how much food we got for how little we paid.”

“I've been stopping here for two years. The breakfast burritos are the best. They're very tasty. But today I had to stop later and there weren't any. However, I found chicken burritos and they're delicious. I think they have the best selection of food. Everything is always freshly made.”

“I had my wedding at the Oregon Garden Resort in Silverton and wanted to find a local bakery for our desserts. Silverton Bake Shop came highly recommended, and working with them turned out to be a wonderful experience. For our celebration, we chose a two-tier cake along with cupcakes and bars, and everything was beautifully done.

Throughout the planning process, communication was excellent. We went over flavors, portion sizes, and design details in depth, and I always felt that my ideas were heard and incorporated. We decided to use dried florals from Etsy as the primary decoration, and the bakery styled them perfectly on the cake—it fit the garden wedding setting exactly as I had envisioned.

The desserts were not only gorgeous but delicious, and many of our guests commented on them. I would wholeheartedly recommend Silverton Bake Shop to anyone planning a wedding or special event.”

“We showed up 30 minutes to closing time for a last minute dinner. They were unable to do pizza so close to closing (which was totally fine with us) so we ordered a caprese sandwich and the spring sandwich. They were great! The portions were huge! The ingredients were fresh, delicious, and very good quality. The restaurant had a few games available to take to your table to play that we took advantage of. Service was very quick and well! As we were leaving they offered us a scoop of lemon gelato on the house, which was divine! We would definitely recommend curbside kitchen and plan on going back to try their pizza! Overall great service, friendly staff, good food, and a nice family friendly atmosphere.”
